Everything went very smoothly. The salesman explained everything very clearly and gave us a competitive bid. Their customer support team kept us informed as to when the workers would be here to install the solar panels. We were extremely happy with the entire process, and are enjoying our heated pool! We would definitely consider this company for any future solar needs.

It went perfectly. He rebuilt my entire roof system, put new valves on it ,cleaned the glass, re-wrapped all of the pipes and even painted the whole thing! I would absolutely recommend Steve and solar energy systems for whatever you may need to have done. They are strictly professional and very fair with their prices, but most of all very prompt and They don't leave until the job is completely done and you are satisfied. He even sent me pictures of the work he had done. He also reset my solar box in the garage as the prior solar company even messed that up. Thank you again Steve I appreciate your help!!

The owner of this business is Carl Moody and he truly is one of the nicest people you could meet. His employees from Kim who takes care of all the office work to his teams in the field are the same. They are all courteous and knowledgeable experts in their field. The response from Kim time and the Techs showing up for the appointments is right on time if not slightly early. The work they perform is on time, neat and extremely well done. They take pride in doing it right which is the only way Carl Moody will have it done. Carl Moody truly cares about the customers and does everything in his power to make sure everything is well explained and gives the customer a true understanding of the Solar Systems and how they work and the options available. He gives you choices on what equipment you could use along with truly honest opinions of the pros and cons and leaves the ultimate choice to the customer and will see to it that whatever is selected will perform properly for years to come. I have dealt with many different contractors over the years but not a single one has impressed me with the care and dedication to getting the job done properly, neatly and fully satisfying his customer with excellent quality products with good warranties for many years of trouble free performance. I would highly recommend him and his whole team of employees if you are in the market for either a new solar product, a repair or a replacement. Our solar hot water heater started leaking a lot of water. When I found the leak, I called the company immediately. Even though it was a Friday afternoon, they went out of their way to send a technician who was just leaving for the weekend. Steve did a great job diagnosing the problem, draining the water so it would not ruin the garage and was able to keep cold water flow to the house. We needed a new hot water heater, so Tom came to replace it on Saturday. He did a great, careful, skilled and conscientious job. He found a split wire in the old controller, so he replaced it with a new controller and had to climb on the roof to replace the sensor. He demonstrated how to use the new controller and made sure I tried it and understood how to use the new digital controller which has more features than the old one. Both technicians were friendly and very knowledgeable. I am so pleased with how responsive everyone including office staff was to our problem. We will use them again for all of our solar energy equipment needs.

The two technicians were on time and never stopped once they arrived. They were thorough and made numerous repairs. Checked the entire system. Very professional and knowledgeable of their work. Extremely pleased with the workmanship.

Telephone scheduler was very courteous and arranged to have technician come to the house right away. The technician was very knowledgeable and experienced and quickly repaired the problem with the solar panel, which turned out to be a faulty sensor. I considered the price quite reasonable.

Salesman arrived on-time for initial estimate. He was professional, courteous, friendly and not pushy. He brought samples of the materials and thoroughly explained everything about the system, the warranty, the install process. I got 2 estimates and Solar Energy seemed to have the best product and the best price and did not bug me with follow-up calls. I also chose them because they installed my neighbor's system and he highly recommended them, as well as a check on the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List. The company pulled the permit and scheduled the install. The installers arrived on-time and were very professional. They worked hard and finished the morning of the second day, then explained how to use the system.

Company phoned me shortly after my request, came the next week and fixed my pool solar panels with no fuss. Didn't try to sell me extra services or products which I greatly appreciated. Repair is good. He stopped my leak and billed me the exact amount he estimated. I'm very happy with their services and work. I highly recommend.

Squirrels had chewed holes in our solar pool heater panels, and it had not seemed to be working at peak efficiency even before that. Solar Energy Systems of Brevard sent a technician the next morning as we had requested, and their office called in advance to inform us of when the technician would arrive and who it would be. The technician, Chris, seemed exceptional in his knowledge of solar pool systems, his assessment of our overall system, and his ability to communicate that information to us. He quickly repaired the leaks and advised us that our system probably has several years of useful life remaining even though it does have a few shortcomings that limits its effectiveness. His evaluation saved us a substantial sum of money over what the cost would have been if panels were replaced. Overall, our experience with this company was excellent in all aspects, from initial phone call to completion of the work.
