Armando and his dad did a great job. Due to various recent illnesses, we wanted to get an environmental scan of the inside of our house. Armando quickly responded and we set up a time for the inspection. He did a thorough job of explaining the result and lifted a great amount of concern and discovered our house is in a good shape. I would highly recommend the company for any indoor air testing.

I would give the customer service 10 stars if it was an option. We needed mold remediation and hired them for the job. We felt very comfortable with their level of knowledge and ability! Everything was thoroughly explained to us throughout the process - step by step. I had a lot of questions as things went along and Armondo answered everyone promptly, professionally, and thoroughly! The work has been completed in a timely manner with excellent results. This company helped us with a situation we had no experience with and made it as stress free as possible! I cannot say enough good things about the way we have been treated!

Tanya Seda the office manager is absolutely wonderful. She immediately sent me their state licenses, certifications, third party testing guarantee, an extensive list of references, curriculum vitae, etc. She is very knowledgeable and scheduled taking samples immediately, upon our decision to select them.. Their pricing is reasonable and about in the middle as compared with other companies. Armando the technician who came to take the samples is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. As he explained the prevention and remediation needed to address our situation he understood that we had begun some of the remediation and could complete it ourselves with their guidance. He also explained their patented Active Pure air and surface sanitizing systems, when we asked about UV sanitizing options for inside the recreation hall to help us sanitize for Covid. Tanya Seda sent us all the information on their systems immediately upon our request. These Active Pure air and surface systems are far superior to UV options. We definitely made the right choice by choosing Sani Effects Enviormental.
