Their service is really good and they helped us a lot. In addition, their quality of service was good.

Vizio 42" hdtv stopped recognizing hdmi input signals. Carried TV to their shop where they verified symptoms in my presence. $50 down to initiate diagnosis and costs. Called me two days later with diagnosis (main board) and costs for approval, which was given. Estimated completion within 7 business days from time of approval. They called me for pickup at the shop 5 days later. Reviewed all costs of parts and labor with me, of which parts were over 2/3 of total cost. Verified proper operation of unit, and helped me load into my vehicle.

Replaced DLP Chip. My 65 inch TV is working just like a new TV. No more white dots across the screen. Work was done on time.Cost included the parts and labur with a 90 day part and 30 day labor warranty

When I asked how much I owed, they said nothing. I persisted in trying to pay them something for their efforts, but they refused to accept anything and loaded my equipment back in my truck. You just don't expect that kind of treatment in this day and age. I certainly know where to go for any future electronics problems!!!

He was very pleasant and honest. He was very forthright and informative. We have not trouble with the set now. I highly recommend him and will most definitely use him again.

I have always found good, honest service companies with Angies List.. I called Roth Electronic's and explained my situation. They immediately knew what the problem was. They even told me to turn off the TV and then turn it on again. A GREEN ligh will flash and then stop and a RED light will start to flash. And they were completely right. The problem was LAMP bulb had blown out. I asked about the price and they said approximately $ 168.00 .They asked me to get the Model # off the TV. I did and they had one LAMP in stock. They told me that these LAMP light's were designed to be replaced by the home owner and did not require a service call. I removed the LAMP assembly and drove to their shop. When I arrived they took the Lamp assembly and removed the burned out lamp and replaced it with the new LAMP. They explained how to re-install the Lamp light assembly. I returned home and re-installed the assembly. It took less then a minuite and my TV was up and running again. The overall price including tax was exactly what they had quoted me over the phone. I didn't necessary like their procedure of leaving the TV there and possibly being charged up to $220. I thought that was a bit high. They did repair my TV and I was happy with the end result.

Our tv had been having some picture problems that went away when it warmed up. Then the sound went out. Did research via BBB website and this place had best responses just a few complaints. I called and was told it was $30 deposit to leave the tv, and they would go ahead and fix it if it could be done for $150. Anymore than that and they would call. We left it Friday afternoon and were called at 9AM Monday that the tv was fixed. She plugged it in at the store to show that the picture and sound were repaired. It was a really fast repair and we were very happy with the price. They helped us unload and load the tv in the car.

I was very pleased with the technicians knowledge, expertise and honesty. I was shown right up front what was wrong with the tv and why it wouldn't be worth putting the money it would take to repair the tv into the job. The tv was shot and I appreciated knowing that from the get go!
