They did a great job!

Initially, everything was going to be completed on a Monday. They decided to come back on Wednesday to finish; however had to change it to Thursday morning. Very pleased with clearing of property line on the side of house & with the tree trimming. The pressure washing was overall good, just some debris remaining. Only cut down one of the two Brazilian Pepper hedge bushes we had discussed, so we asked, via a note with our payment, for the 2nd to be cut down next time. Understandably, we had a huge pile of yard waste for Brevard County to pick up, so we also asked that next time, the mowing go all the way to our property line, since it is now visible. They did a very good job, and now that the "clean up" has occurred, the maintenance will be much easier - they will mow our lawn every 2 weeks, going forward.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It was a good experience. There was no extra charge because it was not that much work. Everything was good. I have used them before and they were good so I used them again.

Slight issue with the time laid out vs. the time the provider showed up to perform the service, but no more than any other contractor or service provider. I actually was not there for their initial arrival at the property, but they knew exactly what needed to be done based on my comments when purchasing the service online. I returned to the property after I was sure they had arrived and they were doing EXACTLY what I had asked them to do. Upon discussion with the landscapers, we determined that it would take an additional hour of work to complete the job. The landscaper offered me a compromise where they could not cut the trees as far back and could finish in the allotted time, but also made me aware that this would result in the trees growing back faster. I decided to pay the additional $75.00 for the additional hour of work. The landscapers worked diligently and removed all of the tree scraps, removing them from the property. The scheduler of the service was extremely friendly and personable. I will definitely return to Rosales Creative Lawn for future landscaping projects.

Some of these trees had vines choking them which made the job harder. One tree was full of thorns and was encroaching on the sidewalk. They did a great job and now the yard looks civilized again instead of like an unruly jungle. The men worked efficiently. Their tools were up to the job, and they knew how to use them properly. They trimmed all the dead branches and seed pods and cleaned up the trunks.

I wrote them to ask for an estimate for yard clean up. They were prompt and professional, available within a couple days to come provide an estimate. After looking over the lawn they messaged me with the estimate when he said he would. Unfortunately the price was higher than expected and I couldn't afford it.

He came alone and did the work of two people. He knew exactly how to safely cut a 9" tree in a difficult location, then trimmed a truck load of vines, followed by three smaller trees and a large bush full of vines. He loaded everything into his large trailer and left the yard much better than before. I don't hesitate to recommend him.

They were prompt and courteous. They did all the work I requested.

Two people came to do the work and it took 4 hours. They left the area clean took all the disposable items with them. They arrived on time. I would tell friends and family that they are polite, they worked the whole time and I was pleased with the work they did for me.

He shows up to give an estimate. First it was $400 per tree . Then it was $300 per tree with only taking it to the curb( no disposal) He speaks English very well. After telling me all of the prices, He goes to his car and a woman gets out ( by the way,there is a child in the car). He starts to speak to her in Mexican right in front of me. I was so insulted!!! He continues to speak to her in Mexican and she is speaking to me. Little did they know , that I am a Teacher and my second language is Spanish. I understood EVERYTHING that they said. This is very unprofessional and insulting. Lets say it was a Estupido act on their part. Buyer BEWARE.

Quick response from them. Came right out and gave us an estimate. This was a good size job because the planters were a mess and we had a plant that was way overgrown. The workers were incredibly polite and helpful. What a terrific job they did. They will def be hired back to do another back yard project!

Excellent workmanship. Came ahead of schedule and were fast and thorough. Would not have known they were even here.

Everything has been going well. They show up on time, consistently do good work, and require minimal oversight from me.

Excellent work by the crew. Cleaned up everything and hauled away. I would recommend them to anyone needed yard work done.

They are wonderful people and do a very good job. They are licensed and bonded and do a great job. Many of the people in our subdivision have picked them up because of their wonderful work.
