Excellent service. They install a new control value that solved the problem.

Roberts irrigation was punctual and courteous. They tried to save me money by cleaning one of the sprinkler valves to get it to stop leaking. Unfortunately a few days later, the valve started leaking again. I called and the next day, while I was at work, they came by the house and fixed the valve. No problems since.

They showed up right on time, after we called them that morning. They came found all of our sprinkler heads, fixed all the broken ones, found and corrected the problem they came for and even gave us some maintance tips. They cleaned everything up after they were done and one wouldn't know anything had happened.

This is the second time I have used this company and both times Gary and his team were on time and did a fantastic job. Initially I called Roberts irrigation to fix a leak in my irrigation system. They were able to come out the same day and fixed the leak within a few minutes. However, during their visit I inquired about potentially switching my system over to using grey water instead of city water they said they could do it right away and were finished within an hour. The company responded right away to my calls, were able to schedule me very quickly and did an excellent job. I would use this company again for all my irrigation installation and maintenance needs.

Ron and Shawn worked well together in getting everything done on my list. Quick, efficient, and friendly. I will definitely use their services again when needed.

Fix it and checked my system.

They were fine! They were here for an hour and a half. They sent 2-3 people out.

Robert's Irrigation responded immediately to my call. The repair was more challenging than anticipated, but they stayed with it until it was too dark to work. They returned to finish the job, which they did to our complete satisfaction. We were so impressed with them that I've already called them back to do another job. Like the last time, they responded to my call immediately and scheduled the work for the next day (which is today).

I called Roberts Irrigation on August 19, 2014. I spoke to Lisa, who was very helpful and friendly. She asked appropriate questions and gave me irrigation maintenance some tips. She got me scheduled for the very next day! At the appointed time, two men arrived, introduced themselves and began work. They were very polite and professional and obviously knew their stuff! I was absolutely thrilled by the results of their work! And the price was phenomenal - two men working hard in the hot sun for an hour for only $95, including some replacement parts. I had a coupon from Angie's List for 5% off. I threw it away; these guys earned their money. No way was I going to ask for 5% off. I will absolutely call Roberts Irrigation the next time my sprinkler system needs attention.

They did some work for me yesterday and it was world class and professional. They corrected a mess and I was very impressed.

The other zones were fine. They called back right away the next day and set up an appointment to come out the next week. They checked and repaired the problem quickly and efficiently.2 guys showed up on time and worked very quickly. They kept me informed the whole time. Flow was better when they left but they had to come back to cap off two sprinklers. They came back the next week to finish that and everything is working fine now. They also changed the spray to keep it off a new fence the neighbor had installed this summer. They did not charge for the 2nd appointment and all in all were here about 4 or 5 hours for both visits.

I was supposed to have 2 people arrive at 9:00am. Instead only 1 person showed up late because the other one was sick. In my view this caused the work to take longer than 1 hour which meant that I was late to work. Although he was late, he was professional and did a good job.

We had accidentally buried a sprinkler head under our new AC unit. The team from Robert's Irrigation came out and quickly assessed the situation, bypassed the sprinkler head and had all work completed within an hour. If I had attempted the work on my own it would have taken me all day and probably at least three trip to the hardware store. Money well spent. They even gave me tips on how to improve and maintain my current system. I will definitely call on them again for future irrigation needs.

It turned out very well. It was kind of expensive, but I think it is working well. I liked them. They got the work done. They did what they said they were going to do for the price they said they were going to do. They knew their stuff.

My yard was an overgrown mess in August 2013. The sprinkler system did not function. Roberts Irrigation made all necessary repairs of pipes and sprinkler heads, and had system running within three days. In May 2014 I starting building a 40ft x 20 ft screen porch behind my house. I called Gary to disconnect the sprinklers in the back, as the new porch was over top of several sprinklers. After the porch was completed Gary's team came back out to install new pipes in the remaking areas of my back yard, as well as two sprinkler zones within the porch structure. We also converted a 1985 primitive timer system to a new, 5-zone digital system that can control any zone to water any day up to 3 times a day. I now have a fully functioning sprinkler system that was professionally installed and works perfectly. I have not installed a rai defector that could delay sprinkling if it rains. That might be a future upgrade. I highly recommend Robert's Irrigation. They do excellent work, clean up after their work, and make sure you, the customer, is happy before they leave the job.

To begin with Lisa was wonderful to work with on getting my appointment set up with my difficult schedule and requirements. The two gentlemen that came today were prompt, polite and efficient. They got right to work evaluating the system and marking the problem areas. We discussed what needed to be done, they answered all my questions and then addressed each and every problem quickly and professionally. In addition they resolved an issue that involved my driveway & sprinkler system that I thought had to be handled by another type of business. They investigated, saw that a solution was possible, and quickly resolved the problem. All in all a very pleasant exerience working with a caring company - thank you Roberts Irrigation!

Outstanding performance by everybody. After the parts were replaced, the system was checked for leaks and proper water flow in each of the five zones. I am very happy with everyone involve including Lisa at the front office. Should I need additional work performed on my irrigation system, I'll be calling Roberts Irrigation .

Lisa took care of scheduling my service. She was nice and kept me updated. Two nice gentlemen arrived on time and replaced my old broken pump with a new PentAir Sta-RIte pump.They checked my sprinkler heads and adjusted the pattern as needed. They replaced on sprinkler head that had popped off. Quick, on-time professional service at a fair price. I would definitely use these folks again.

Efficient and seemed to "know their stuff".

He tried refurbishing my old pump with the promiose that if it did not work out within a warranteed amount of time, he would simply apply that money to an existing quote for a new pump. The refurbish did not work out and he came through exactly as promised. He came back and replaced the refurbished pump with a brand new one, only charging me the difference between the two. In other words, he charged me the same amount as if I only had a new pump installed (he ate the man-hours and parts on the refurbished pump). I know that because I had recieved 3 quotes for a new pump and they were all within $50 of each other. You can't get more honest or better work guarantee than that.

Received a call the day before to confirm our 9:00 appt. I can't remember the persons name who called but she was the nicest lady and reviewed everything with me and also informed me that they may be a couple minutes after 9:00 as they were stopping by one of my neighbors houses to adjust a sprinkler. No problem there. 2 men arrived about 9:05 and were very nice. They turned on each zone and marked the problem sprinklers with flags and then went around and adjusted some heads and replaced others. Took approx one hour. Checked our box in the garage and said everything looked good. I will definitely call them again if I ever have any problems or just want a yearly maintenance.

Couldn't ask for more efficient professional service.I would recommend them to everyone who wants the job done right.

After having a well put in, I called and spoke to Lisa about having the sprinkler system looked over. I tried to get it up and running myself, but a zone didn't come on and I was stumped. They arrived on time and after a quick walk thru, they went right to work. The 3 gentleman worked very hard and in just over an hour, they had everything working 100%. Their expertise saved me hours, if not days of work, trying to figure out what was wrong.(I never would have guessed when the previous owner had a fence put up they installed it with 1/2 of a zone on the outside of the fence. Since those line were broken, they never popped up and were hidden by the grass that grew over them.) They also replace several heads that were damaged and unclogged several others. After making sure all areas were being watered properly, they set up the timer to water on the appropriate days. They really know what they are doing and I will use them again if any problems arise.

Had appointment for 4:00, they were running late but called to inform me. When the two employees arrived they were very friendly and knowledgeable. I explained the reason for my call and they got right to work. After they surveyed the system they explained what the problem was and what they would do to fix it. When a company charges by the hour I get very nervous, but with Roberts Irrigation I didn't need to be. They were quick and efficient. Being new to Florida I am not aware of how a sprinkler system works, they took the time and explained everything to me. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
