They arrived promptly and both workers were extremely professional. I showed them various problems and problem areas and they recommended a way to fix the problem and set to work immediately. They did an excellent job of checking the system and marking off heads that needed tweaking or fixing and then they got to work fixing the various problems.

It went well, although the cable line that was buried not to code was cut. Called the office and Lisa, the office contact person, was very responsive and told us what to do. Was even so kind to offer to pay for Brighthouse to come out and fix it, if they weren't going to do it at no cost. Brighthouse came out, fixed and buried the cable (once again), not deep enough but at least I now have it marked for future under ground repairs. Prompt, reliable and provide excellent customer service and follow through. Will use again for future lawn irrigation needs.

I have used Robert's Irrigation several times now and have been very pleased with them. They are easy to schedule and arrive promptly and get right to work with the initial testing of the whole system. During the test, they flag problem sprinkler heads. After the testing, they go back and address the problems. I found that they are much more professional and thorough than other sprinkler companies I've tried. The price is decent, too. I've had other companies charge more for less work.

The guys were knowledgeable and courteous. Even worked through the rain to finish the job.

The problem with my sprinkler heads were fixed efficiently and effectively. Haven't had any issues since. The gentlemen who responded were courteous and professional. Would call this company again if I have another problem with my sprinkler system.

Showed up as promised and took care of the problem in less than 15 minutes..didn't try to scam us as we kind of knew what the problem was per our neighbor...we just needed someone professional to make sure..They did it and we were very pleased.

Ron and John did an outstanding job. They showed up within the scheduled window and quickly (in less than an hour) checked my irrigation system, identified all the bad sprinkler heads, and replaced & tested the system. This would have easily taken me an entire weekend of aggravation and they did it in less than an hour at a very reasonable price. Ron also reprogrammed my timer and gave me some tips in using it. Great customer service! I would definitely use them for anything irrigation related.

First and foremost, communication was impeccable. I called to set up an appointment, but was unable to schedule for the next week due to my schedule. They called me back to see if I had availability to reschedule for the following week. The office called the day prior to confirm the appointment, and the guys called to tell me they were on the way. I cannot begin to say how rare it is to have such great communication and it does not go unnoticed. Two guys showed up, right when they said they would be there and set to work immediately. They listened to my concerns about my sprinkler system and then fixed the issues. Very fast work and a fair price for two guys working. I will personally be calling Roberts Irrigation again if I need work done on my sprinklers.

Everything went smooth as silk from the time they arrived to the time the job was completed. If I ever need work to be done on my irrigation system I will be sure to call Roberts Irrigation.

These guys were great! We recently bought a bank owned property that had what appeared to be significant irrigation problems. Roberts Irrigation took the time to walk through the whole system with me, teaching me about different heads, waterflow, and efficient coverage design and gave me a reasonable quote. They enouraged the use of lower flow sprinkler heads since we are on city water and tweaked our sprinkler control settings as well. Considering how bad my yard looks I was anticipating an expensive job and was pleasantly surprised. They were able to give me a quote and do the work in under two hours. We had a few sprinkler heads capped off since we added better heads for more thorough and wide reaching coverage. They made a point to give me the still functioning heads in case another similar head in another location were to fail in the future. We also discussed adding drip lines in our flower beds once we have our landscaping installed and I will definitely be using them again for that project. Thank you!

Have them on speed dial. I did have to wait a couple of weeks for them to come out, however, I know now why. They are in high demand because of their professionalism, courtesy, and honesty. I would have waited months knowing that I am working with good people. They have won my business indefinitely.

Every visit they brought two people, one would do mowing the other would do trimming/edging. They were very efficient, and very nice to deal with. I moved out of the area so am no longer able to use them.

I had contacted a couple other companies to get an estimate before I got on Angies List and saw this company. One of the companies is advertised in the pamphlet I get in the mail and I left 3 voice messages and NEVER got a call back from them. Then my landscaper recommended an irrigation repair company to me. That gentleman showed up but never got back to me with a price. About 6 weeks went by and numerous phone calls and text messages but to no avail. Ironically that company also is listed on Angies list....I shared my experience with them on this site for others to be aware of before wasting 6 weeks like it did. If I only called Roberts Irrigation from the beginning, I would have had no issues. This company called me back the same day I left the message, scheduled an appointment for later in that week and Shawn and Ron, showed up exactly when they were supposed. I even missed a call from them letting me know they were on there way. The guys were very professional and courteous. I invited them in a couple times as I didn't want them standing out in the Heat, but they were so conscious of not wanting to get my floors dirty with there work boots. I was very pleased with the work they did and the time frame from start to finish. In fact I had asked for there boss to come by as I may want to add more sprinklers. Thanks Roberts Irrigation.

Two guys came to replace the sprinklers and they finished the job in just 15 minutes.

Checked System, repaired sprinkler heads, replaced rotors and added new 4" sprinkler units. Replaced zone changer top(unit was cracked & leaking). Adjusted all heads for complete coverage. Gary and his team were a pleasure to deal with in all aspects of the job. Definitely would use again.

Wow, what a team, they were professional, prompt and skillful. ter line.We have an older home, Rockledge came thru some time ago and replaced the valves, or actually installed a water meter. That was to be our cutoff valve. They never deactivated the old valve. We had a driveway installed and they struck the water line, with water going everywhere they closed the nearest valve. Then we could not get water, Roberts Irrigation in a short period of thime discoved the old valve closed the entire system, but was so old it could not reopen. They installed a ball valve and we are greatful....

The pricing was great! They were very efficient, professional and we were extremely happy with their services. We would highly recommend this company to others.

THE PROVIDER FIXED A TROUBLING TIMER ON THE AUTOMATIC LAWN SPRINKLER SYSTEM IN 1/4 HOUR BUT WOULD NOT ACCEPT A FEE.! THIS WAS AN UNRESPONSIVE COMPETIORS PRODUCT. KUDOS TO A TRUE PROFESSIONAL! JIM MALLON & DOTTY ALLEN
