Very thorough, they had all the parts they replaced, they walked me through all of the system and did a great job. I was very pleased!

they fixed several things for me that were broken or non functional for a fair price. However there was more there that needed to be attended to and they needed to get to another appointment. They set up another appointment and returned that day on time. after 1/2 hour they determined that they were not sure what was going on and said I needed a new controller and a new solenoid but could not guarantee that would fix my problem....it was a we will have to see if that will fix it. And then they wanted to sell me those things and several new heads and lines to give me more coverage here and there which I clearly explained twice that I was NOT interested in at all, rather I only wanted what i currently have to work properly. They seemed to lose interest in fixing my current system if I didn't go with more coverage and put in new lines and heads here and there. They were nice guys and they worked hard ....I would have had them replace my controller and solenoid if they could have guaranteed that it would have fixed my operation problems.

Everything went well. The technician had to reschedule from the initial appointment.

We will use them again and recommend them.

I had previously used another company for the past few years. My zone changer was leaking and it would have a hard time changing zones, the other company told me it would have to be replaced and was very expensive. I couldn't afford it at the time so I never had it done. This company ( Roberts ) came out and it was just an o ring seal. For a minimal cost it was fixed. I will be using and recommending Roberts in the future. The bulk of my cost was to have a new digital timer put in. That was at my request and I had some sprinklers replaces and adjusted.

The people they sent seemed nice. But that's about the only thing good I can say about my experience with them so far. After a two week waiting queue, they came out and told my they needed to take pump and send it off to another company to get repaired. I was then told it would be a total loss and I would have to replace it ~$500. Fine, maybe, seems kinda sketchy, but maybe it did go. I told them I would think about it and get back to them. Today marks a week of trying to contact them with no answer and no returned call. Also they still have my pump (which I assume they have no intention of returning at this point?). Is this even a real business or some sort of scam?

The two workers were very professional. They called to notify me when they would arrive and immediately went to work (they charge for each 15 min past the first hour). They quickly diagnosed the issues and completed the repairs expeditiously. I would definitely hire them again.

Priced fairly, professional, kept their promises and I will be calling them back if I ever need any irrigation work done.

Perfect. As usual, Roberts irrigations does a fantastic job at a reasonable price. The is a locally owned company and I am so happy to do business with someone who is not part of a national gouging chain. The two gentlemen who came were prompt, courteous and quite knowledgeable. They spotted my problems and fixed them in no time. They didn't even charge me for a part that I needed. When does that happen these days??? I highly recommend.

The two guys who showed up quickly got to work. They were able to assess what would need to be fixed quickly and had my system up and running, including nozel replacement and head adjustments in about an hour.

The office staff was great. We heard back immediately, was scheduled quickly, and when we needed to reschedule at the last minute, they were very flexible and polite. The only reason we reviewed them with a "C" on professionalism was because the older man who came out to do the work was kind of a jerk. He wasn't friendly at all and acted like we were putting him out that he was there to work on our system. Wouldn't even acknowledge my husband had asked a question. The younger guy was fine and answered my husband's questions about programming the system. And yes we will hire them again because even though the guy was a jerk, he did a good job getting the system working. "Service with a Smile" is definitely not their motto but the system works and we've had no issues with it so we'll deal with Mr. Grumpy to get our money's worth.

After determining that our one-year-old pump was not working properly, they removed it and, a few days later, installed the new pump from vendor because it was under warranty. The two guys were knowledgeable and professional. The price seemed reasonable. They deducted $14 from the total of $278 because of my 5% Angie's List coupon. We are happy to recommend them!

Roberts Irrigation were great to work with. They performed all the necessary maintenance to make sure that the system was working properly (replaced sprinkler heads, pump maintenance). The home is a rental and they contacted our tenant to set up a time to work on the system. They arrived as stated and performed the work timely and with excellence. I contacted them a couple of months about an issue we were having with a GFI (tripping when the irrigation pump came on) and they were very helpful as to providing information about troubleshooting the issue. I would highly recommend them.

THINGS WENT WELL WORKERS WERE VERY POLITE,FRINDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE. WORKERS TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN SYSTEM TO US AND HOW TO ADJUST THEY FIXED ALL OF OUR SPRINKLER PROBLEMS FROM LEAKS TO SPRAY DIRECTION. I WAS AMAZED AT THE SHORT TIME THEY WERE ABLE TO ACCOMPLISH THE WORK REQUIRED. MY WIFE WAS THERE AND SHE TOO FELT THE SAME AS THEY ALSO ANSWERED HER QUESTIONS. WE WERE SO PLEASED WE ARE GOING TO REQUEST A MAINTENANCE PROGRAM FOR THEM, A LOT OF SPRAYERS WERE PONTING IN THE WRONG DIRECTION. WE WERE PLEASED WITH THE COST.

These guys are terrific, they are working as soon as they get out of their vehicle. They listen, they evaluate, they have the right equipment for the job, they are efficient and they clean up after themselves. I have used them several times and it's always been the same story. What a great company!
