Description of Work: My irrigation system needed major repairs. Everything from the breaker to the pump to the timer and just about every sprinkler head. It was expensive, but the people who did the work was very fair, did the final work on a Saturday and provided me a good ballpark estimate before the work was completed.

Description of Work: They had quoted me for $1600, for putting in an irrigation system with all the materials being provided. That's a little ridiculous considering the price for materials including a pump. They also were going to div everything by hand instead of using a pipe laying matching or trench digger which is just another way of getting money out of you. The work van that they showed up in was unprofessional it was worn and beaten. So beaten to the point that it was running on no oil, lucky for them I had a few extra quarts laying around in the garage.

+ -1 moreSee above. Gary arrived on time, troubleshot the problem quickly and repaired it. He also checked the rest of the system and fixed a few problems I did not know I had. I wholeheartedly recommend Robert's Irrigation to anyone with a lawn sprinkler problem.
Description of Work: Gary arrived at the scheduled time and got right to work addressing my sprinkler problems. He and his employee quickly diagnosed my malfunctioning system and replaced a solenoid and several sprinkler heads. While here, they made sure the enitre system was working properly, not just the problem areas I called about. They aligned misaligned sprinkler heads, repositioned one head that was in a poor location and offerred information on best settings for the timer. I am new to Florida and needed some insight into how much water is needed. After the work was complete I braced myself for the bill. Gary's bill was more than reasonable and I was very happy. For the amount I paid I got a significant amount of labor, materials and satisfaction.

+ -1 moreThey were pretty good. They were prompt, reasonable and professional. They were the first people we had come out after we closed on our house. I needed them to come out pronto because the sprinkler system was not working and it was getting hot. They came right out and set it up. They did a good job and I have the best looking lawn on the street. The price was moderate and their quality was very good. They definitely knew what they were doing.
Description of Work: I used Roberts Irrigation reset my sprinkler heads and replaced the controller. They diagnosed the problem as the controller and replaced it.

+ -1 moreI'd called about 1 or 2 bad sprinkler heads. Over the course of an hour, I basically received a tune-up of the whole irrigation system, including the replacement (and movement) of several heads, only paying for the extra parts, no additional labor.

Description of Work: Outstanding Experience! Got their answering machine when I called but, to my surprise I was promptly called back! We set up a date for Gary to come out and inspect my sprinkler system and on the day for the inspection Gary called me to let me know he would be at my location in 30 minutes. Gary spent 3 hours replacing, repairing and adjusting sprinkler heads and to my surprise he found 4 sprinklers I didn't even know I had! In all I had 3 Gear Drives replaced, 7 6-inch Sprays replaced, 4 4-inch Sprays replaced 3 Nozzles replace and numerous adjustments all for $271.

I was surprized that Gary showed up alone with no help but that only served to make the experience more personal, which I greatly appreciate. He's a very pleasant man and very easy-going, another plus. Gary inspected all of my sprinkler heads and zones, reset my zone timer, and replaced and adjusted all heads that weren't working properly. All work was completed in what seemed like not much time at all. His invoice was also pleasantly surprizing - the work didn't cost much at all. A rating? A+++!! :)
Description of Work: All sprinkler heads were inspected, those needing replacing were replaced and adjusted correctly. Also reset the zone timer.

Description of Work: Was having a lot of trouble with sprinkler system. Robert's Irrigation came, checked system, found several problems, and fixed everything. Price was a little higher than I had figured, but the quality of the finished job more than compensated. I highly recommend them for any lawn irrigation work yoy may want done. They are experienced, smart, and very professional. I now have a system that works better, with fewer heads, better pressure and far better coverage.

They returned my call the same day and came over for a review several days later as agreed upon. They were knowledgeable and professional. The grass is coming back nicely. I would use them again.
Description of Work: They inspeced the entire system on the initial visit then returned several days later and relocated several heads, resized a couple and added one new head.
