They did an excellant job for a very resonable price and for any future work that I require I will not hesitate to call on them again. They are outstanding.

I called and asked for an assessment and due to my busy schedule I asked if it could be the following week. He had no issue w/ this and asked that I call to remind him the next Tuesday, which I did. They arrived first thing on Wednesday as planned and did an assessment. They took the pump away to have it re-built as it was still in good condition for a 20 year old pump (sits in the garage and not outdoors). They estimated a return date of Friday or the following Monday. They don't normally work Saturdays, but were so busy that they came out that Saturday and finished up. They did call on the Saturday and ask if they could come w/ short notice, but I did not mind as I preferred to get the work done over the weekend. They were professional and I have already recommended RI to friends.

Came one promised day and diagnosed and fixed the problem (line and pump issues).

I thought I had burned out my irrigation pump. Gary and Ron came out the day after I called and checked the pump. They discovered the pump was not damaged, I had just overloaded the pressure switch. They corrected that issue and also addressed another of my concerns. They were very courteous and informative in explaining every step of the process. They did all of this in under an hour. We had called them because of the good reviews and we were NOT disappointed.

Both Gary and Ron were very professional, and friendly. They knew exactly what they were doing, and explained to us what we needed to do with our new irrigation system, since we never had one before. They did not mind calls after the fact with questions about adding fertilizer to the system, and when we called 9 months later to get higher heads installed, they were out the next day. Excellent consumer service.

My experience with Roberts Irrigation was great. Returned phone calls promptly. Fair estimate for work. Work completed quickly and properly. I would definitely recommend them to others.

The service was excellent. ROBERTS IRRIGATION came out the day after I inintally called and returned the next day after we arranged to meet at the house because they needed access to the source of power for the pump.

the work was done over a two day period. Each day the contractor called to advise what work had been completed and what work would be done the next day.the work site was cleaned and swept and the system is working the way it should be.

I had problems getting my new sprinkler motor on the pump. They came right out and gave an estimate. Then took the pump to a shop. The pump was old and was damaged on repair (which is common). They found a used pump that fit my motor, and reinstalled it. The work was great as was the price!

I bought an older home and the sprinkler system pump wasn't working. I called several irrigation companies in my area. Roberts Irrigation was the only one who answered directly and Gary himself got back to me the same day. They came out to do the work on time, confirmed ahead of time, and got the job done quickly at a reasonable cost.

When done installing new value, and without being asked, the two-man team of specialists checked out the workings of the entire system. In the process, they adjusted some nozzles and replaced others for the purpose of enhancing comprehensive coverage. As a result, areas that heretofore had not been getting watered now are greening up. All in all, a rather cut-and-dried job well done in a workmanlike manner.

The two gentlemen were knowledgeable, fast, and professional as well as polite. They arrived to provide an estimate on the day I called and did the work 2 days later. I will certainly use them for any future problems with my lawn irrigation system.

I had two commercial properties with messed up irrigation systems, and for our initial meeting I had a small window of time to meet the service providers. Both of these irrigation systems were notorious for having longstanding issues and not "staying fixed". Roberts Irrigation arrived at exactly the time we set, and were very professional and detail oriented. I left them with the appropriate keys and permission to proceed as we had discussed. Nearly two weeks went by and i hadn't heard back from them, and i couldn't do run throughs on the systems as they had the keys. They did answer my phone call quickly, and they had not performed the service yet due to weather and another project that they had to complete. I felt that they should have called me if they were going to be two weeks before doing the work on my properties. However, after that, they did the work, did it well, did it quickly.

Went very well. Extremely satisfied with the work done.

Gary and Ron were very knowledgeable about the issue I had with the sprinkler well. I needed to replace the gate valve. They were great at explaining what needed to be done. Work was done quickly and so far no issues. They even cleaned my filter for me and made sure everything was working. I find them to be honest and very professional. I will use them in the future.

finding the well was quite the adventure. After that things went well. They were quite personable and really seemed to know what they were doing. They gave me all possible price options and didn't pressure me into choosing they most expensive. They were definitely able to identify the problems and best solutions.

Very well. Robert responded right away, negotiated a quick and early mutually agreeable date, showed up on time as planned. Spent three hours of labor inspecting, repairing and thoroughly testing the system after the repairs. Left a detailed itemized bill and discussed a couple of questions over the phone. Robert even noticed a leak in our garage and suggested a possible source which turned out to be correct, we fixed that later ourselves. Contractor was very pleasant, professional, and efficient.

The work was done fast and professionally. They explained what and why they were doing what they were doing and charged a lot less than that other company which failed to fix the problem. I wouldn’t have anyone else but Roberts Irrigation do any lawn irrigation work on my home. Learn from my experience!

My irrigation system quit working less than a month after I had another company come to fix it up, so I decided to look elsewhere. They came very quickly and found two problems. The other company had installed the wrong kind of filter (the filter the other company installed was clogged very badly) and a valve to prevent flow from the well when the pump was off was broken. He told me the well was not flowing without the pump, so the valve could just be cut through and not replaced, but I decided to get it replaced anyway. He didn't have the part but came back the next day to replace it. Also replaced the filter with a good one and told me to wrap foil around the filter housing to prevent algae growth. The system has worked well and had the filter has run clear for about two months now. It was several months ago, so I really am only guessing on the price, but I remember it wasn't bad, and it did include that valve.
