ROBERTS IRRIGATION

Let me start off by saying Roberts Irrigation is incredible. Last month we were planning to re-sod our lawn and I contacted them to come give our sprinkler system a check over as quite a few heads were not spraying well, and there were areas of grass not getting wet. While Gary looked it over and got an estimate together his crew cleaned my filter, and cleaned and adjusted a few heads. Right there I knew their work ethic and professionalism were very good. Gary gave me a detailed idea of what they should replace and fix to make sure our new sod was 100% covered when watering it. We made an appointment and they showed up right on time and were at work right away. The day before our appointment during our plant removal for a landscaping project, a pipe broke, one of the crew members had it repaired with a new pipe within minutes of showing up. They did everything they said they would, and suggested the plant misters, which I agreed on to ensure our new landscaping was being watered well. The whole lawn is getting hit now with water 100%, and every head is performing perfectly. It is very clear Robert's Irrigation has an extremely experienced owner and crew, and their work ethic and sincere interest in your project is apparent. They were not in a rush to get the job done, answered all my questions, and gave me a bunch of tips on keeping everything working perfectly. I can not recommend them enough, and I will always call on them for any future irrigation needs.

I called Roberts Irrigation in April, and because of their busy schedule since winter was pretty mild this year, I was told I would have to wait until May before they could come. I looked at this as a good sign - that they had a great reputation and were good, and since it wasn't an emergency, I decided to wait. Sure enough, I was called, and we scheduled an appointment. Gary and Ron were here at the scheduled time. I went over all the problem areas with Gary, and he and Ron immediately got to work. They fixed everything and ran the system when they were done to be sure all was working correctly. They were very professional, and it was easy to communicate with them. I will definitely continue doing business with them in the future.

Very knowledgeable and professional Analyzed, repaired, current system. Installed many new sprinkler heads so as to better water my lawn. Also repaired my pump. Very affordable. Would recommend them to anyone.

They came the day after we called , evaluated the situation & went to work. After the 3 men completed the work several hours later they reviewed their work & explained the sprinkler system

Great. Shortly after calling Robert's Irrigation a very nice woman called me back and we talked about my needs and I was given an estimate of the costs. After completing a big job somewhere else, the techs. arrived two days later. After checking ascertaining what needed to be done, they called me (I was at work) gave me an estimate. I told them to go ahead and fix what was broken and to just tweak the system as they saw fit, as I was tired of fighting with it. I also asked the guys to go to my elderly parents home and give me an estimate on "burying" all of my fathers, ancient high rise sprinklers. So after completing the work at my house, they went to my parents home and quickly went to work. They buried and replaced all of the heads and had to move a couple others. Both jobs were done in a timely manner and done correctly! I would recommend Roberts Irrigation!

I used their services because some of the irrigation heads were buried in the bushes which needed to be moved. Other heads didn't work at all. They were cleaned or repaired. I am totally satisfied with their work.

On time and within price quoted. Have used them on a couple of prior occasions.

Mr Roberts and his men demonstrated that they knew exactly what they were doing every moment. When something didn't look quite right they immediately went ahead and corrected it. As an example when the first valve was worked on at first and put back together, it still had a very slight leak. Someone else might have said good enough or just considered it fixed. Not these men. They immediately took the valve off and put a new one on. This shows me two points. One-they tried to fix the original valve, which would have saved some on the final price and two- when they saw that this didn't completely solve the problem they simply fixed by putting on a new one. I was impressed. When all was finished to their and my satisfaction, they completely tested all the zones and to this day all work perfectly. I didn't have to float a loan to pay the bill. I was left with the impression that these men were honest, knowledgeable, thorough and professional. It doesn't get any better than that.

It was excellent, they came when they said they would, did what they said they were going to do. They met all expectations.

Best service experience I have ever had-

Front office very prompt in scheduling onsite visit. After work was completed, received a call from Gary telling me what he had found. Discussed options/prices to fix, and was very professional and courteous. Great customer service from start to finish.

Gary and his crew were wonderful. They worked great with my wife, who wanted extra things fixed. The cost was great for the work performed. A+++++++++++++

Very professional from initial contact through job completion. I have a rental duplex which has a lot of brown grass. ,Assessed lawn coverage, and broken sprinkler heads. I thought I had a pump issue, but he was able to fix everything by replacing/rearranging sprinkler heads. Afterwards told me exactly what had been replaced/repaired/moved. Their price was very reasonable for the work performed. Will always use them in the future.

It has been fine. I have used them on several occasions.

Pump failed after 4 months due to improperly used or installed wiring connector. Corrected with no additional cost. Professional and timely response after notification of the problem

First of all, Mr Thomas knew exactly what the problem was and proceeded to fix it and explained to me what was causing the problem. When he finished the system never worked better. He now has a new customer in me.

It went very well. The provider arrived on time. They were quick and professional. Explained any problems and corrected as needed. Iw as very satisfied.

These 2 guys worked their butts off in the Florida heat and got the job done in about 4 hours (4 zones, total of 24 sprinkler heads). It's been a month since the system was serviced and everything is still performing as it should.

It went pretty well. All the damaged sprinkler heads were replaced. My only issue is that one of them is turned the wrong way and hits the car. Other than that all went well.

From the estimate, I would use Roberts in the future. Gotta give them credit for providing their estimate, even though I e-mailed him and said no need, as I went w/ someone else. Im sure I would have given an A rate if they did the work.

Our irrigation pump stopped working and it had plumbing leaks. Called Roberts and they came on time and fixed all. Working fine since.

I called Robert's Irrigation and an appointment was set up and they arrived promptly. They began the work of cutting the pipes and replacing the index valve. Afterwards, they checked for any leaks and also checked to make sure the system was working properly. In addition, I had started to replace some sprinkler heads and they noticed my problem with coverage and quickly repaired and gave me advice on replacing the others. They were on-time, courteous, and very professional . Highly recommend their services.

Agreed to come out and take a look at the issues I was having with my irrigation system. Saw it was an old system then basically didn't want to commit to dealing with it. Shared some advice but didn't offer to evaluate for written estimate.

Went well, they came, pulled the pump, came back 24 hours later and completed to job. The pump has worked very well since. They were able to rebuild it instead of replacing it and saved me a lot of money.
