They showed up prompt and did a nice job. Follow up is the reason for the C grade, I never received a written estimate. This is where Jeremy states it is written that they will not move any patio furniture, Jeremy states I was emailed this estimate, I disagree as I never received an email from them. The entire lanai area was not cleaned because there were 6 chairs there. This entire transaction was arranged via phone call and text messages. To my knowledge I never provided my email address to Renew and Restore. This estimate could have also been sent to me via text message but it never was. I paid the service in full on the day service was performed. 598.00 for the total bill. I asked for a price for them to come finish the job I already paid for. I was told via text message by Jeremy if I moved the furniture he would come back by for free, Never came back to clean lanai. I had several plant die from the harsh chemicals used. We will see if he provides his insurance provider as stated today. I am not holding my breath, If you don't mind plants dying off this is the company for you.

Jeremy showed up on the time promised. His wife even texted me 30 minutes in advance to confirm that he was on his way to my address. Once Jeremy showed up he explained in detail to me how the process will be executed. After the briefing Jeremy and his team went to work quickly setting up their rigging. I was amazed how thoroughly he went about performing the task at hand. He cleaned about 4000 square feet of roof area in about 2 hours. The roof looks fantastic already even though he stated it will look better after a few good rain showers. This process does use a bleach type product to clean. My home is surrounded by decent quality plants and bushes. The team made sure to water down all the plants and bushes BEFORE-DURING-AFTER the process so as not to damage them from the chemical. Having gutters helps from this happening. The house is guttered more than 50%. Even the guttered areas were watered down "just in case!" The team did not cut corners. Not only did they do a great job, Jeremy is sharp to spot any blemishes in the construction of the roof/tile. His background is constructing homes. Although I will need to have a roofer take care of a half days worth of small repairs I cant be upset since Jeremy helped me realize an issue that could have become worse through the months or years to come. In no way was any of the issues Jeremy spotted due to him walking on the roof. Even a layman's eye from the videos he took for me shows that poor construction was performed on some areas of the roof. The videos will help my home builders warranty department to figure out the best means to have the roof repaired without a cost to me. The cleanup by the team was perfect. You could not ask for more from this type of work that was performed by Renew & Restore. Now that I have said that I will say a small issue happened that had absolutely nothing to do with the roof. I am not going to go into detail about something that broke near ground level that probably happened during the cleanup phase. But I will say that a company's character will either shine bright or be non existent during these situations. Guess what? Jeremy went above and beyond the call of duty by not only paying for the repair of my situation with another contractor showing up within 30 minutes of the small damage, but having it fixed better than new!!!! How many folks will do that? I even offered to pay the difference to cover the repair needed to make the item more robust but he refused my offer and paid the contractor in full on the spot! The amount he paid was equal to half of what his work involved for the roof cleaning. I felt bad. Accidents occur all the time. Some are covered up as to not have the homeowner see the damage. Not this guy! Impressive to say the least! I have paver cleaning\sealing that needs performed in the near future. The same type of work Renew & Restore perform....I wonder who I should use? hhmmm...LOL Highly Recommend!

Pavers look new again.

I could not be happier!!!!! I moved into my home a year ago. The house needed powerwashing and the 12 year old pavers had never been cleaned or sealed. Jeremy got right to work and made the house look amazing. He removed green mold on the storm shutters as well. The sidewalks, around the air conditioner and street gutter are perfectly clean. He then worked on the pavers by powerwashing them and removing stains. He put down sand and then sealed the pavers with a tinted color which made them look fantastic. He was very easy to work with and extremely accommodating. He was very professional and I will definitely hire him when I need the work done again.

Jeremy is very professional and obviously takes pride in his work. He kept me informed about the arrival time. Jeremy did a great job of safely cleaning the painted aluminum siding. The pool enclosure was especially tough because it had different kinds of green stuff growing on it. Now, everything looks bright and new. I will have Renew & Restore out again to keep the place clean.

Homeowners in Florida suffer from mold growing on everything. Extra care needs to be taken in the way it is cleaned off the roof. Renew and Restore did a thorough job. Harsh chemicals were not used and care was taken not to damage the shingles on my roof. The work they did made my home look like new. I will definitely call them again when needed.

Jeremy was on time, in uniform, and went above and beyond to make our house look great.
