I think she asked for 3.5 percent sales commission and they ended up giving her 4 percent. The house cost about $212,000. I liked the personalized attention. She is a very good agent. I did not have any complaints.

I made at least five trips to Melbourne from another state to be sure this is where I wanted to live. I worked with David each time I came. He listened very carefully to what kind of home I was looking for. He took the time to acquaint me with the area not only with homes but with grocery stores, medical facilities, and all sorts of professional services. He even took the time to take me to what is now my favorite store for tropical fish. I am the type of person who has to see every home out there for sale in my price range. He patiently spent hours with me each trip I made and never pressured me to buy. He even picked me up from the airport, made sure I had proper transportation, and that I was safely checked into my hotel. I am a single older woman and appreciated all the extra service he provided. When he finally found my forever home, he used his impressive negotiation skill to not only make the price affordable, but was able to get the seller to provide a home warranty plan which was not originally offered. Since I moved in, he has provided me with contacts for various services. From time to time to he calls just to make sure I am doing well.

We went to Florida in March; didn't find a home. Went back the first week of April with new listings and having had more conversations with the realtor. She showed us the houses we found on-line and some we hadn't thought to include - and that is where we found 'our' house! She returned our calls, answered our questions and never pushed us toward any decision. She was honest about the local market and what to look for in a home in Florida vs one in central NY. She has lots of reputable connections with whom she has worked in the past and who helped us with settling our new home.

My experience with them has been very good. Their knowledge of the real estate area sticks out the most.
