 + -1 moreDavid Cruickshank gave us highly knowledgeable, professional, personable assistance. His advice was excellent and the entire sales process went smoothly. He was always available for questions and follow-up with regard to the required repairs and maintenance the property required to get it ready for sale and resolve issues after the homeowners inspection. I cannot recall working with a more professional person and I would strongly reccommend him to anyone who needs a realtor.
Description of Work: David Cruickshank accurately evaluated the saleability of the property after an inspection and helped set the price. He reccommended a much higher price than the first realtor we contacted. He assisted in finding people to do repairs and make small improvements, provide law maintenance, to make the property more saleable. The people he recommended did an excellent job at below the estimated cost. He sold the property within a few days after is was listed at close to the asking price. He was very helpful in making the closing go smoothly.
