I had a situation with mold that wasn’t covered by insurance. I did some price shopping and Anita told me they would be the best price I could find, and she was absolutely right. Not only was their teardown>removal>remediation>rebuild price cheaper than other companies prices just for teardown>remediation, but they were also quick, efficient, and kept me updated. They handled everything including the post remediation testing, which passed first attempt. I only ever dealt with one person even though 4x different companies were involved (remediation, HVAC, testing, rebuild). I’m very glad I found PuroClean.

PuroClean is awesome! Anita’s dedication to protecting our property is evident in her incredibly fast response time and friendly nature. Her exceptionally trained team arrives prepared for action. Being on the ocean, hurricanes and even wind-driven storms can lead to water intrusion. If it isn’t properly remedied, mold will result, so speed is essential. PuroClean of Melbourne has always responded immediately to our calls. They conduct a baseline IR image analysis, quickly bring in extractors, dehumidifiers, and blowers, and diligently monitor the progress. They use high end, powerful equipment, ensuring a quick recovery and not giving mold a chance to grow. As if storms were not stressful enough, we’ve lived through more common events, like plumbing problems. Last year, a hidden leaky pipe behind a shower wall caused water damage to several of our apartments. The leak wasn’t noticed until a ceiling in one unit gave out, the walls and floor in another unit were wet, and a third unit was beginning to smell like mold. Anita and her expert team at PuroClean, dried, sanitized, and restored them, so not a trace of damage was left behind. The mold remediation team followed all protocols and was 100% successful. From protecting our property to handling tense moments, they excel. I highly recommend this company.
