Very professional and good workmanship

It went great! That wolf guy was a hoot. Very knowledgeable about project and gave great advice. I was happy they did not destroy any of my many trees. Project was done in under two days. Staff was helpful.

We had them do two projects for us. Did a great job in and timely. We would use them in the future.

PRC was prompt with my calls. They were attentive to my needs for repairs and understood the urgency. Rob was a great communicator and was in contact with me constantly. These were the only contractor who stayed in contact with me for this job. This was a huge undertaking and they were very helpful through all the process. I had a great experience form start to finish. The workers were very efficient. They were respectful of our house and property. They cleaned up everyday. They worked hard and were very clean and quick. All debris from around the house was gone, not a single nail in the driveway. Excellent work.

The workers provided excellent service. They actually trimmed tree limbs from roof line. The roof was replaced in a timely manner. The guys were friendly and extremely competent in their work. I received numerous complements from neighbors both on quality and the color of the shingles. I have interfaced with several folks beside the owner Brian. They have all been wonderful to work with.

The workers were very professional. They went right to work and did a great job I was very impressed that they cleaned all the mess up. I will us this business again.

It went amazingly well from the get-go! Brian Haire sat with us as we described what we wanted. He listened and understood where we were coming from. He gave us a proposal that was exactly what we were looking for. The other contractors didn't, even though we told them the same thing. Living in what was left of the house as they worked around us was challenging, but believe it or not, we became good friends with the whole crew! They were not only considerate, cooperative, and accommodating, they kept every promise they made. They were on time, and cleaned up every day. They explained the process as it went along and changed things at our request. They went shopping for the accessories with us and helped us get good prices so as to stay within our budget. One challenge for them was to build a round wall at the end of our master bedroom and put flat windows in it. It not only came out really well, it is the showplace of our house. The symmetry and overall design of the addition compliments and blends with the rest of the house. Here it is, three years later and we have been enjoying our new space immensely. The workmanship looked great when it was new and it has held up fine. .

The projects went fabulous. Brian is a professional and a gentleman. PRC is the best. The project was completed in a timely manner with no major issues. Mike was the project manager and he was amazing. This company was respectful towards us and towards each other and they worked together as a team. The price was extremely fair and they explaned everything. The proposal was easy to read and understand. I am moving to a new home soon and plan to use them for some minor handywork. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for an honest, respectful, professional, team player, skillful, experienced and talented company.

From the first visit all the way through to the final installation, each employee was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure I was happy. Adam Stanley was excellent. He was very patient and worked with me so that the end result was exactly what I wanted. Very few issues occurred, but when there was a concern, it was dealt with immediately and successfully. PRC helped with all permits, codes, and the inspection process. I got three different quotes from 3 different companies including a 'big box' store. PRC was by far the best deal for the best quality product. In addition, they offered multiple options to chose from and had a financing option. The entire process was fairly smooth and quick and I absolutely LOVE my windows! I would, and have, recommended them for whatever project you have.

Four people arrived on the first day and removed all the front shingles. On the second day they removed the solar panels and the rest of the shingles and installed the peel and stick paper, the shingles were delivered, and the front portion was completed. On the third day they completed the roof portion of the job and measured for the gutters. Two days later the gutter people came and installed the gutters. Rick came back and completed the Wind Mitigation. The project was done in a timely manner and clean up was good. I would use this company again and have already referred PRC to a friend. What impressed me was the proposal was typed out and clear, easy to read and understand.

PRC did a great job! I was very pleased with their work. There was one issue I was not pleased with, the design of the Chimney box. However, the owner quickly had it redesigned and replaced at no additional cost to me. I was very pleased with his commitment to please his customer. I would highly recommend them.

Did everything we asked for and even made helpful suggestions. Friendly workmen, always on time, regular supervision, good cleanup. We have since recommended to others (always good feedback from them, too!), and we wouldn't even consider anybody else if we need more changes. The best price we got from all the bidders we asked. Brian is a true gentleman and a pleasure to work with.

I was very happy with the repair performed and the leak has been resolved. The workers were polite and friendly. I would recommend them to others and consider using them again.

The project was great from start to finish. The workers were efficient and I felt they were sincere in everything they did. From the sales person to the project manager to the office personnel everything was top notch.

The project was flawless. Contactors were on time and had good communication skills. Mike was the project manager, he was attentive and eager to please times 10. Steve worked on the screen cages and he to was attentive and eager to please. The finished project is beautiful and we are more than thrilled with the workers, managers, office personnel. We get complements from friends and family all the time. We would not hesitate to use this company in the future and we recommed them to all our friends and family.

PRC removed the old acrylic tub and acrylic surround in my mother's bathroom. I had it replaced with a walk in title shower, a built in seat, grab bars, and hand held shower. We added a small trim to the white title and a shower door. I had her tub removed and replaced with the walk in shower for safety reasons since she is 84. We are both very happy how beautiful it turned out. All the workers were professional and courteous. They always called ahead of time to let me know date and time of arrival.

They would always call before they came and let me know what time to expect them. They were on or about the time they said. The workers cleaned up after themselves and left the place as it was. Their workmanship was professional and I have had countless praise on the job they did. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to others and when the time comes for a new roof. they will be the ones I will call.

The work that was completed looked good. Unfortunately, the roof leaked after the first rain. Apparently, something was not sealed when the roof was installed. A representative came out and apparently fixed the mistake because I have not had any further leaks. However, the company promised to repair the water damage. I had the water damage repaired myself after I didn't hear from the company for over a month. Very disappointed, but you live and learn. I'll never use that company ever again.

I called and scheduled an appointment for an estimator to inspect my house. We had a delay over the holiday break, and they have since provided a very reasonable quote for the repair work. The representative has answered and returned my calls and further requests for information (license and insurance were provided. I hired the company and they did the work as needed, stucco and paint, and I had no problems. The price was very fair, the work was completed in a reasonable time, and when I asked for some touch up work they did as asked. I would recommend this company.

The roof installation was completed satisfactorily in November and took approximately three days. It?s interesting because I can no longer hear the rain. It?s much quieter now during storms. I like that. I set up a share drive with pictures of any issues I found and gave PRC access to them so they knew what needed to be addressed. My siding was damaged under the gable during installation and PRC replaced it. I had an issue with the gutter placement after the fascia was replaced and PRC repaired that in January. It looks great now! My insurance company wanted me to get a tarp over the leaks to prevent further damage. I contacted two other companies but they couldn?t get out sooner than PRC could since I was already working with them. PRC charged me $500 to place a 40? x 20? tarp on my roof. After much nagging on my part, they deducted $150 off of that price. I included the $350 in the total cost. I also incurred a roof leak when the tarp blew off. The first PRC guy couldn?t manage to reattach it correctly (twice) so they sent out another PRC guy that did it correctly. It didn?t budge after that. I have a small water spot on my ceiling to remind of that incident. There were a lot of emails exchanged during this experience. They were patient although I asked them many questions. Be certain to tell them that you have a coupon from Angie?s List before signing the quote as they won?t honor it afterwards. I tried and was denied. It clearly states that the coupon must be presented at point of sale on Angie?s List, though.

Jeremy was the manager I worded with from start to finish and his crew did a great job. The showed up when promised and finished when promised and he stayed in touch through out the process. They did what I think is a very professional job.

Material was delivered, placed on roof driver loader very friendly and considerate concerning driveway. Roofing crew friendly and cleaned area daily of debris. No loud music, no smoking, no foul language. Felt comfortable with them on my property. PRC supervisor checked progress frequently and kept us informed. Dumpster driver very experienced. Placed wood under dumpster wheels. Pick up as soon as job was completed.

Everything was perfect. Confident, professional, and courteous employees, excellent communication, fair pricing/ good value for the money, and quality products. I definitely would recommend them to others and I'm already getting a quote to have them do some additional work

Met with Randy Fothergill to get an estimate. Randy was very knowledgeable and worked with me to get a good price. PRC did everything else. They delivered a dumpster and took care of the permitting. The workers showed up early and stayed late. These guys worked in the rain to protect my home from damage. I contacted Randy with some questions I had and he was available and had answers to my questions. This company has honest, hard working employees. I had to shop around to find a company with integrity. Other people I talked to assured me these guys would take care of me. The price was reasonable and there were no hidden fees. Our ceiling was dripping water during a thunderstorm so our first thought was that there was a leak in the roof. We called Property Renovations to come out and take a look. The technician crawled up into our attic - there is very little space for movement up there and discovered that the issue was a leaky drain pipe from our air conditioning unit. He took photos while he was up there so that he could show us how much damage had already occurred and where it was coming from. He was able to provide us with another technicians name who specialized in air conditioning. They will be coming out this week to take a look. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and friendly company.
