They showed up on time. It unfortunately, unexpectedly rained during the install, so I ended up with a little water damage, but they came right out and fixed all of it with no issues. Very professional and always responsive. The owner and the crew were great. I have already referred others to their company.

Before I start to report my story I will recommend P.R.C. to everyone who is looking for service above and beyond. On June, 4,2013 I called P.R.C. for what I assumed was a leak problem on my roof and I got an appointment immediately for next day 10.30 a.m with Jo. At 10.30 next morning I received a call from the P.R.C. office that Jo was being held up by the customer at an appointment prior to mine and would be a little later. I appreciated the info because it ruled out waiting anxiety. Not long afterwards Jo arrived. I explained my concerns and he went right at it. He crawled up into the attic and started his investigation. He also went onto the roof and I knew he was eager to find what's wrong, because I had that wet stain on my ceiling. It turned out that he did not find any wet and rotten wood inside but when he was on the roof he noticed the problem with my gutters. My gutters had not been cleaned for an eternity and had "stuff" in it to the max and had been the problem because water couldn't drain properly and was flowing back underneath. He did not hesitate to change my garden hose to the nearest water outlet to the gutters and started cleaning my gutters and flushing the pipes down so water would be able to drain again.But I was speechless when asking him how much I owed him for the service call and the courtesy to flush the gutters, and he replied, that it depended on the situation and he would not charge me!!! and that he was more than happy to help a customer, who didn'd have a roof problem but a situation where help was needed. ( I am 69 year old women and living by myself and I had underestimated the gutter problem). Needless to say that I will get somebody on a regular basis to clean the gutters. But not only did Jo spend more than one hour "Helping me" ...he was the nicest young man I have had the pleasure to deal with for services in a long time. I will recommend this young man and his Company not only on Angie's list but to all my friends and people I know who would need a roof job. In the end I am so happy that he did not "sell" me a major roof problem but was so honest to tell me I didn't have a roof leak. What I am trying to say is that I have had ruthless business people taking advantage of me selling me jobs I didn't need in the past. So Jo, if you ever read this, I am impressed to the max and there is no doubt with the way you carry out your business you will be very much appreciated by your customers. You will not only be hired thru Angies list but lots of mouth to mouth recommendations by happy customers. If I ever have a roof problem no doubt about it, P.R.C. is the Company to call. Professional work from start to finish. One time, individuals work polite, very competent, efficient. Cleaned up, listened to my input, explained their procedures and executed flawlessly.

They were great. They had a great crew! They were good, Christian guys who did the work. I hire them again in the future.

We researched 6 diff. roof co. before going with PRI. They were not the best price but had great reference that checked out & workmanship. They did a 5 star job. Neat, on time, and all American workers. Go for it. You will be pleased!

The roof looks really good. I did have some issues with them. They had somebody working for them, who did not know what they were doing. It rained in one of the bedrooms. However, they did fix it for me; they made everything right. They also broke one skylight, which they later replaced. I am not sure if I will hire them again, but they did make everything right that they had messed up. They took care of it; I did appreciate that.

He was good and did the work very quickly.

With two separate projects, a one month separation existed between a finish of the roofing and a start of the extension, mainly due to permit review prior to being able to start. Considering I am in the business of Commercial Project Management, I felt I had a pretty good understanding of what was required to complete the work. I was consistently impressed with PRC's commitment to communication for which I have always felt is a primary requirement for a successful completion. The workmanship was exceptional at every stage including a desire on the contractor's part to clean up after the days work. At no time did I feel the workmanship was detouring from the drawings or quality of the work expected. Workmanship was more than adequate with the County inspector have nice comments regarding the work completed at every stage. PRC did not require any money up front from me and considering the contract signed suggested a 25% up front payment for materials which is an industry standard and reasonably acceptable since the work performed required a considerable amount of supplies. Full payment was not requested until work was complete and satisfaction was obtained by me. Being someone who is extremely critical of construction contractors, my overall opinion of PRC is that either Subs or employees of PRC were extremely professional and experienced and never gave me reason to question their work product. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who has renovation or construction needs. Should I ever have a situation to where I have a need for major construction work, I would certainly consider PRC as the standard to measure all contractors by.

The experience started off a little rough, but in the end, they did a good job. The person that was initially assigned to my project came out the first day, but then didn’t show up the next day. The second person they sent out was very professional and did a great job.

The work was expensive, but seemed to be the norm for the area. I didn’t have any problems with them. I received an estimate for some other work that I needed done, which I didn’t think was very good, but the experience overall was okay with the water heater.

I'm pleased with the professionalism, quality and work performed by PRC. We had to re-schedule the first repair appointment because the repairman wanted to get into the attic for a better look at determining where the leak was. Based on this inside view, he changed his mind about where the leak was coming from and focused his repair efforts on a different section of the roof. While it wasn't ideal to have to take an hour off of work, I'm certainly glad he requested the re-schedule. A few heavy rains later and no leaks! There was some confusion with the sub-contractor for the drywall ceiling replacement so it was a couple of weeks until that appointment. However, once the appointment was scheduled, the two man team worked quickly and effectively. (Afterwards Vince explained that they do not typically sub-contract work, but for the amount of drywall that needed replacing and the textured painting to be done, they knew the sub-contractor would preform the job quickly and with great quality.) The actual cost came on the "best case scenario" side of the estimate. I'm especially pleased with the quality of work and professionalism I experienced from PRC. I will use them again.

They came and put a new roof on my home. They were fantastic. I would use this company again in the future.
