PRC provides quality work and wonderful customer service! We needed repairs from floor to ceiling and they were all done with excellence in a timely manner. All of the workers were respectful to our family and children. They cleaned up after themselves and provided beautiful outcomes! We were very pleased with PRC and would gladly hire them again in the future! Brian Haire (the president/CEO) was very detailed oriented through the biding process so that there were no surprises along the way. He handled our entire project with professionalism and integrity.

From the onset, PRC provided professional people who explained all the details of the job from start to finish and what would be required in labor, materials, and time. After accepting their offer, they had men and materials in place and started the job as they promised. All aspects of the work were done to my complete satisfaction. The workmen knew their job and were efficient and always polite and professional. After finishing the reroofing, the clean-up was thorough and no one left until I was satisfied. My inspection by the city inspector went flawlessly. The PRC team had met or exceeded all the code requirements. I was completely satisfied by the whole PRC team and their efforts in providing me what I wanted. Great management, team members, staff support and follow up. My highest recommendation to PRC for all their hard work and my new roof.

They arrived as planned. They came into the yard took a look at the scope of work. The were very neat they laid out tarps. Once all that was done they started there work. Once completed job was at 100 satisfaction. Completely happy I would recommend them to anybody.

The entire process was stress free. The work was done professionally and the job was cleaned up well after it was done. The roof looks great and I am very happy with it. I would recommend PRC to anyone.

PRC was very busy with all the projects and as long as communication is constant and some delays happened do to scheduling I was pleased.

It went excellent. They were very professional. They were on time and they even worked in the dark.

My husband and I live at Indian River Colony Club(IRCC), where maintenance (including roof replacement) is provided by the community. We also own a rental house in Bayhill of Viera. When our renters noticed a leak in the ceiling, we contacted the IRCC maintenance department to find out who they use to do roof repair and replacement for the 770 homes that they manage. This was our first phone call because we know that they have extensive experience with local contractors and that they are sensitive to both price and quality. Brian Haire of PRC came over the next day and looked at our roof and advised us to contact our insurance company as he felt we might have a viable claim. Unfortunately the insurance company did not agree, so we then researched the possibility of repairing the roof instead of replacing it. We also had an independent inspection done and got an additional roof replacement quote. In the end, we could have repaired the roof, but with no warranty or assurance that it would survive the next storm we get. So we opted to replace the roof, contracting with PRC because of our confidence in their quality and because theirs was the lowest price we got. We expected to wait 2 weeks from the contract signing to the actual start of the work, but we only had to wait one week. The workmen that did the job were fast and efficient and courteous. They have extensive experience in both commercial and residential roof removal and installation, and believe in taking extra precautions to ensure the job is done correctly the first time. I was very encouraged after talking to them. They put a dumpster in the driveway for removal and trash, and the property was kept clean during the two days that they worked there. There were a few small pieces of tile and one nail in the yard afterwards, which we considered negligible given the whole effort that was undertaken. Once we got past the agony of deciding that we did in fact have to spend all that money to replace the roof, the experience was smooth and easy. We always felt that PRC was a company with integrity and that they would resolve any issues that did arise to our satisfaction. None did. The roof went in smoothly and we do not seem to have any more leaks! But we know who to call if we do, and we know that they will stand behind their work.

The guys who performed the work were very personable and friendly. They did an incredible job removing and installing the new windows. This looked like a very difficult job, because our condo is a poured concrete unit and these guys went above and beyond our expectations! I did not feel like they rushed just to get to the next job. They took their time to ensure that it was done right the first time.

From the day the contract was signed until roof leak was repaired took a month. One old timer was assigned to fix the problem. He did good work but his time spent on fixing the problem was erratic and dragged out a long time. Joe the estimator was professional and knowledgeable .It was just that the one man assigned to the repair was slow working on and off. The problem was resolved but seemed to take forever, I was told he had personal problems. But the problem was eventually fixed and they stuck to the estimate.

Joe Bauman, Sr Estimator, went out of his way during the whole process. Dring the initial inspection, he identified a problem that existed in my air conditioning distribution system (outside the scope of the roof leak inspection), took pictures of the area to show me the problem, and recommended an air conditioning contractor for the repair. That contractor promptly responded and did the repair quickly and at a very fair price. After PRC installed the new roof vent, Joe came out on a Saturday afternoon and did a water test to make sure the leak problem had been fixed. He stated that PRC stood behind their work, and that if the upcoming rain season in Florida revealed any problems with the new vent, PRC would respond and repair. I would whole-heartedly recommend PRC for any repair or construction job!

I was unhappy with the estimate. Other companies readily provided and estimate. This company declined to do an estimate on just my home, they will only give me a quote on replacing my entire roof including my garage. The estimate they did give me only included pricing for replacing plywood, there was no mention of price for the other parts of the job. Labor, materials, and total price were not included. The senior estimator that came out and did the work up was great. I thought this was the company I would end up with. I was very disappointed with the end estimate.

Gentleman that did the visit was excellent. Very polite, professional. Explained everything in detail. However, company has never responded with quote for additional work that they indicated would be provided along with photos. Followup phone call indicated that quote would be provided next day which was over a week ago.

I call PRC and requested an appointment for an estimate for a re-roof. I received a call from Joe and set the appointment for Friday 4/11/14 at 3:30 PM. On 4/11 I waited for Joe to arrive for the appointment at 3:30. Instead I received a phone call from Joe. He said he need to complete his appointment with his current customer and would be late. He said that he could be there by 4:00PM. I said ok. 4:00PM came and 4:30PM came no phone call or Joe. 5:00PM arrive and finally received a call from Joe. He has completed his appointment. It was late and I said we could reschedule the appointment for Monday, 04/14/14 at 3:00 PM. Monday came and I was waiting for Joe at 3:00 PM. He has not arrived. At about 3:10 PM I received a call from Joe saying that again he was late and it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. I was mad that he had not met either of my appointments. So I told him to cancel the call and we would get some else to give ua an estimate. If they can not meet an appointment, what kind of work do they do and would it also be on time. I would not want to do business with them,

PRC provided a prompt initial bid and came in at the middle of three estimates. I selected them based on the positive reviews. The work site was cleaned well at completion. The leak reappeared and after some misunderstanding regarding the warrantee the issue was resolved to my satisfaction.

The nicest thing they did for us was for a widow at out church. The president's name is Greg and I called him and asked him if they do any volunteer work. I told him about my friend who needed her roof fixed that was leaking. They said they have something called Random Acts for Jesus and they do one free roof a month. I was blown away by that. So I told him about her and how much the church had to spend on it. I didn't hear from him for ten days and I called him back to ask what was going on. He said they already fixed it! That was impressive. They also did the roof for our club house here. He can do a lot of things for me. He can also do my driveway and he can do my cabinets for me. The service they did for my friend was for free. They did do our own roof and he was the lowest priced. He was very easy to bargain with. He was very professional to work with. His crew that showed up was extremely polite. They cleaned up everything. You couldn't ask for better. They got it done quickly. Apparently the people in our neighborhood liked them too. My neighbors used him as well.

Joe came by the same day that I called. He was very punctual and professional. Explained exactly what he was going to do and provided a detailed estimate for the work. Work was performed timely and charge was the same as the estimate. There were no surprises. I would definitely use their services again, if required.

We had our roof replaced in Nov 2013. PRC was a subcontractor to Lowe's. The PRC crew arrived timely and began work immediately. They worked hard and continuously throughout the day and I only noticed them stopping during lunch break. They kept the debris maintained in the dumpster and walked the grounds several times to clean up any nails or shingles that may have fallen in the yard. All landscaping remained without incident or harm. The crew was friendly and courteous and very hard working. The roof was 2280 sq feet and they completed the job in 2 days. After project completion, there hasn't been a need to have anything corrected.

They were here at dawn every day to begin work.very efficient work ethic and easy to talk to. work finishedin a timely manner. I was totally satisfied and would reccomend them to anybody.

We had contacted several places to have estimates done on three houses that needed various work done. Two houses needed roof work to correct leaks. PRC was the ONLY company that made an appointment to look at the two houses with roof issues THE NEXT DAY! All other places we called were either not in when we called, did not return our calls, or didn't want to do both houses as one was in Cocoa Beach and the other in Melbourne. Joe B. came to my home in Melbourne on time and was very friendly and professional. He quickly assessed my issues and within a day or so came back with estimates for the work I needed done on my home. My roof was the original roof with minor repairs done since 1955 from previous owners, so I was not at all surprised I needed the whole roof replaced. I was however, very pleased with the cost to replace my roof as I had expected it to be much more than what Joe estimated for me. I went ahead and had my home painted as well since the total cost was around what I thought just the roof would have cost. The roof was replaced in one day (amazing) and the painting took about 2.5 days. I had a hole patched in one of my walls in my house, the front door outside light replaced and a minor problem with a ceiling fan fixed. There were separate dates the work was completed for the roof, paint and handyman jobs. Communication was excellent as Joe always answered my calls and emails super fast. I'm interested in having a completely new kitchen and just noticed it says PRC can do kitchens as well. It's safe to say I would hire them again!! Joe is a great guy and definitely an asset to PRC. I almost forgot to mention, the day Joe came to assess what work I needed done I noticed I had a few wasp nests hanging on my house. Unfortunately, I was almost out of spray and couldn't get all the nests. Joe went over to his truck and got his can of wasp spray and sprayed all remaining nests then he gave me the almost full can of wasp spray. I thought that was really sweet of him and way above anything I would have expected. -C.M.

We started this process in July and it was not completed until Oct. 16 due to nothing less than a whole series of communication errors in scheduling and just being able to contact anyone besides Anna, the need to reorder a replacement window due to the manufacturer sending the wrong window initially (not the installer's fault), sick worker (totally understandable) and then the installer damaged the replacement window and we had to reorder another window for third time. We have been extremely patient and yet no discount was offered to us for all of this or a discount for a future job. There were some install difficulties that PRC was very willing to rework and make right. We really appreciated that. They were very professional, arrived on time, worked hard, cleaned up over themselves everyday and were very nice. Our biggest complaint has been the lack of communication from this company. They have gotten very busy and seem to be unable to keep up with callbacks or emails. While we would like to replace all of our windows and have some more repair work done by this company, they are not responding to our requests for a revised estimate. We are not sure if our jobs are too small for them to deal with, under $4,000 or less, or what; but without communication to the us, we cannot work with them so we are looking for other contractors.

They just started at noon today and at this point all I can say is they were here when they said they were going to be here. I was here when the guy came but my wife talked to him more than I did but the guy seemed like he was professional. He came when he said he was going to come. They have been pretty good so far. They quoted us $13000.

Called. Left message about needed work and never heard anything.

When finally deciding to have my deck constructed, I had 3 estimates done. PRC was my last, and my best! I tend to go by my first impression, or "my gut" feelings and I was right all along. The professionalism, quality of workmanship, timeliness, and pride in their work shows throughout the job. My deck is exactly what I wanted, and more! I have shown many pictures, and had many guests over to show it off and all react the same way and have the same response...WOW!!! If I ever need anything constructed again, I will NOT hesitate to contact Vince and his employees at PRC. The entire experience was great, from start to finish. Vince even took the time to show me a deck they had just finished prior to beginning my deck. To anyone considering a deck or any type of renovation, take my advice and contact PRC. You will not be dissatisfied! My next project will be remodeling my kitchen, I intend to contact Vince and his great team then as well. My thanks and appreciation go out to them for all of their dedication, pride in their work, and my deck that I have waited years to have!!
