Did good job but failed to clean out debris in gutters and pick up old roofing nails in yard. Also gutter spikes were not nailed back in properly. Rick Wolf came out later and apologized profusely and fixed the problems. If Rick has anything to do with a job,I would highly recommend PRC. Because of the problems I would rate them an A-

They came highly recommended from another friend and I was not disappointed. They arrived when promised and cleaned up when they were done. Their work was excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone. It was a great experience.

PRC helped with the entire process of drawing and getting a permit for a new screen enclosure. The process went smoothly with no problems and the finished product looks fantastic.

PRC did everything they promised--work was effectively managed, and the workforce were very competent and hard working. The of the removal was done carefully, and the the crew made sure that the roof was protected from the elements for the entire time--the work had to be performed around 2 weeks of heavy precipitation, and the crew and management scheduled flexibly and kept great progress. The crew was very courteous, and as I said before, their work ethic was outstanding. The quality of the workmanship is top notch and the roof looks great.--cleanup every day ensured that nails and other debris were removed. All in all, I was well pleased with the results. l

Out of 3 companies I selected PRC to do my roof. During the quote I had all my questions thoroughly answered regarding metal, tile, or shingles for a new roof and the advantages/disadvantages of each. I chose shingle and during the install the skill and quality of work was superb during the whole process. Even when an afternoon shower came, the workers had everything covered. After the job was finished, the new ridge cap was much longer than the original which nicely increases the ventilation of the attic making the house more energy efficient. The workers were considerate regarding landscape where debris was never a problem, dumpster coordination went without a hitch, and cleanup thorough. A quality job, the roof really looks nice and the shingles lay uniformly flat over the entire structure. For any future remodeling projects I would definitely recommend PRC.

PRC was very professional from the start to the finish. Since this was my first roof I have had to replace they explained the process to me and helped me understand what it takes to do a roof in Florida. They first tore off my old roof down to the bare wood then they replaced the bad wood and re-nailed it. They worked hard in the sun and got it done in two days. The dumpster was removed a day later and the quality control manager Randy came out and did a final inspection. Jermey was great and the crew was very polite. They cleaned up well and I am very pleased with the final product. The whole PRC staff from the office to the men in the field were nice and very helpful.

they did a good job of removing the old solar panels. house looks great. they told me upfront that they are not allowed to install the old panels. we had a massive Florida downpour while they were working on the roof and got a water spot in one of the rooms and they fixed it right away they also fixed an old water spot on the ceiling at no charge.

Their quote was in line with most of the other estimates we had gotten, but the reason we chose them was their customer service. From the estimate forward, the PRC staff was proactive in making sure that we were happy and aware of everything going on. Several unforeseen complications popped up and they were always handled calmly and resolved . It's a lot of money to reroof a home and can be a nerve-wracking process. However, PRC made me feel comfortable and confident because of their obvious integrity and professionalism. The crews that worked on our home were Extremely hard working and nice. They were alway friendly and professional even when they must have been miserable in the Florida heat. They were also very patient with my kids and my overly friendly dog who often tried to join them for lunch. I've had many contractors at my home before, and I can easily say that this crew was one of the best. I would not hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again. I am a property manager and I chose PRC over 2 competitors because they offered the best product at the best price. They replaced a lot of wood under the shingles and didn't even charge me anymore money. The quality control manager Randy went by the job after it was done and talked with my renter, he did some extra clean up and made sure she was happy. During the installation it was raining all week and they had to start and stop because of bad weather. Randy went up in the attic and took pictures where my renter asked about some water marks on the ceiling. They went above and beyond to do everything to make us happy. I would recommend PRC to anyone. They were a blessing.

It took a seemingly long time for all of the special order windows and doors to get to their distribution center, but once they got everything and called to schedule the install, they came out and worked really hard to get it all done. At no time was I left with gaping holes in my house overnight. They were very flexible with my work schedule - at least one worker was there in time for me to leave for work at my normal time and they locked up if they had to leave before I got home each night. Many of the openings were tricky, but they persevered until everything is in and opens and closes smoothly. I got good comments from the final inspector about how they did a good job, and from a representative of the sliding door manufacturer also - they are very heavy doors and slide beautifully. Three window screens were missing and have been provided. Two of the double hung screens had holes in them (bigger holes than they should have been, LOL) and have been re-screened, and the screen for the smaller slider had to be made smaller - we are waiting for that one to come in. Note: it gets really dusty when they have to cut through drywall to make the opening bigger - they cleaned up as best they could, but expect dust.

The pressure washing was done when I was not home. I noticed the windows and sliding doors were wet and thought it must have been a crazy rainstorm. Then I noticed that some areas that held disgusting stuff from gutter drainage were now clean. Good job! The painter came and started prep work and painting on Saturday and Sunday - amazing! I didn't have to take time off work! He finished up later in the week with the trim (had to miss a day or so due to heavy rainstorms) and he put the gutters back. He came when I was home from work to paint the edges of the front door, so they could dry. He even complimented me on the color I chose (Hyacinth tint - a light bluish purple with white trim). When he ran out of paint, he went and bought more. All of that was included in my estimate and total cost. No hidden costs.

With the exception of the City of Titusville holding up the process, it was great! From start to finish was actually less than 3 days. Steve was very nice and informative and the young man he had with him was very sweet as well. they cleaned up all trash, bits & pieces and everything looks picture perfect! I recommended my neighbors to them & they are getting a estimate. They were impressed how quickly everything went.

Wow, these guys were great. They showed up on time, were polite and professional, did a thorough job of investigating the leak in my ceiling, and even asked for my vacuum to clean up after themselves. When they confirmed the problem was in the plumbing they told me what I should do next and then left with just a handshake. Would definitely call them again.

The service and quality is excellent. The management is trustworthy, and the price was competitive to a quote from another local companies. The PRC crew began the job on time, and they worked from sunrise to sunset completing the entire job in two and a half days. Another house in our neighborhood began a roofing job on the same day, and their roofer took nearly two weeks. The PRC guys did a good job cleaning up, as well. Our neighbors were also impressed by the appearance of our new roof and the quality of the crew. Several asked who we hired, and a lady across the street hired them for a job just a few months later. We highly recommend PRC and would definitely use them again.

Contractor professionally addressed unforeseen damage and defects in balcony. Provided above and beyond attention to detail on both the deck repair and roof repair, ensuring a professional and quality job. Followed up ensuring customer satisfaction and left both work areas clean. We will definitely call upon them for our future needs.

Brian Hare, the owner, LISTENS! He really understood us and what we wanted and gave us a beautiful proposal - more to our liking than any of the others. He personally came shopping with us, brought us to his suppliers and others so we could pick out doors, windows, cabinets, etc. so the details were exactly what we wanted. He checked on the progress often and gave us several extras along the way. We actually lived in the house as his crew worked on it. They all were easy and fun to work with. They all took our needs and wants into consideration and almost always went out of their way to accommodate us. My computer was in our FL room which was completely gutted. They re-wired my system so that I could use it while they worked. They also made several custom details per our requests. By the end of the project, which added 680 sq ft, we had become friends with Brian and each of his crew - especially Mike, the master carpenter who was here every day and was in charge of the job. It was really convenient to us to have one person there all the time who was in charge. The project was finished on time and we now enjoy our new space, which integrates into the rest of the house so well that it doesn't look like an add-on. Brian was so proud of the finished product that he brought his family and father over to show it off. Our house has become an 'icon' within our community thanks to their workmanship and design. In fact, to our surprise, the extension and patio was featured on the cover of our community directory the following year. We thank Brian and his crew for making a 3 month ordeal into a fun and exciting time.

The company came out and was prompt on providing an accurate and competitive bid. They showed up to perform the work when they said they would and left a clean premises at the end of each day. The crew was very courteous and professional. This is an extremely hard working group. They finished the job on time and took care of setting up a new insurance inspection which lowered my insurance $800 per year. The fact that they set up this final detail is something that I probably would have forgot to do or put off and it turned into immediate big savings for my family! Will use these guys again in a second!

The two people that came out and took care of my stucco repair were very knowledgeable and did a great job. I was very pleased with their professionalism. They were very courteous and friendly. I would recommend PRC to anyone that is looking for the type of work they can do.

Big job; complicated roof. Lots of potential problems, but the staff took everything in stride and did it right. They treated my home like it was their own. All crews, especially Roc and the roof guys, are kind, thorough and responsive. Problem solvers; not excuse makers! Jeremy, the project manager, was always cool, calm and professional even when we hit the inevitable bump in the road. Best price of three quotes. Great results!

I called PRC and Brian Haire came the next day. I explained to Brian what I wanted and what I could afford. I am a single mother of a toddler who has several disabilities and I have limited financial resources. Due to my circumstances I was not able to afford the entire project (adding a new room to my house and turning it into a sensory room for my child) even though he was giving me an amazing price. Within days, Brian got back in touch with me and he told me that through his group, Random Acts of Jesus, he was going to be able to build the sensory room for my daughter and that they would donate the difference. I was so surprised and grateful! What a blessing! They did an incredible job in a timely manner. So imagine my surprise when the work is almost done and I'm asking them when I can go ahead and pay them, and Brian Haire, the owner, surprises me again by letting me know that everything is free and they wanted to give this gift to my daughter. This was last October and to this day I become overwhelmed with tears of joy when I share the story because we have been so blessed to know Brian and his crew. If it wasn't for him I would've never been able to afford the sensory room for my daughter, which she enjoys every day. In addition, I was able to then buy the equipment for her to fully enjoy that sensory room with the money I saved. (I bought a ball pit, swing, trampoline, projector, crash pad, etc.) So again, I want to recommend this company not just for their professionalism, ethics and hard work, but also because of the amazing human beings that they are.
