PREMIUM PEST CONTROL

I was a long time customer. They were more expensive than others and they did some other od things over the years but I thought they knew what they were doing. They don't. Plus, when things went wrong, they were insultingly evasive and dishonest. Give someone else a try.

I have used him for a long time and he is really good. He is very honest, thorough and he doesn't overcharge. If they spray and you have a problem, you can in call anytime and they come back without charging you extra fees. They are very good. I have recommended them to my friends with pets or who have problems with pests.

My condo was going through a remodel. I woke up during the middle of the night because my arms, which were outside of the sheets were being bit by bugs. In the morning i had small red bug bites all over my arms. The man that came from Premium Pest Control never saw anything like it but since the condo was being remodeled there was no telling what was coming out of the walls.Later I figured out that one of the workers took a nap in my bed and he brought fleas in to the bed. This had nothing to do with Premium Pest Control. The man from premium Pest Control was wonderful.

I've used them for years. I have a yearly contract with them. They come anytime I call them and they do an excellent job. I can call 10 times a month if I have a problem and they will come right out and take care of it. They are very pleasant people to work with.

They are good

I am very happy with them over the years. I use them every year and if they see a bug they come right back out. They do manual spray and then they come out if needed. I like that they come and finish your call if you have a problem. I pay $350 something a year. I would say they are very trustworthy, on time and efficient. Regarding their price, I haven’t shopped around and I am happy with the price.

They are great. I've been using them for years. They will work with you and have all kinds of options. They will come right out if I need them to...very responsive.

I pay them yearly and I think it is $339. They were recommended by somebody I know. I think they are the best. They are very thorough when they do the work. The office staff is very pleasant when I talk to them on the phone. Doug is the person who comes out and he is fantastic. The only bugs that are around are the dead ones. I am very happy with the price.

I was inquiring about having them do BOTH inside the house and outside treatments to eliminate pests, bugs,etc. I was asking Mr. Reese questions about how they treat, how often, do they go in the attic,etc.- HE ABRUPTLY CUT ME OFF AND SAID "THAT'S YOUR LAST QUESTION" AND HUNG UP! My wife had checked with 6-7 other company's and we had just a few questions that still needed to be answered and then we would make a decision. However, after my rude experience with Mr. Reese it became evident that he did not care to have our business so we went with another company that seems very qualified AND they appreciate their customers! (PS They were MORE Money- but we feel we will be supported and appreciated). By the way, the other company seems VERY sincere and concerned with our satisfaction. Something Mr. Reese seems to have forgotten.
