+ 0 moreWhen the Handyman came to remove the sand filter and replace it with a cartridge filer, the handyman that was sent cut the sand filter canister out of the pvc pipes like they were supposed to do. Instead of removing it all as requested, they dumped the chemically riddled sand all over my lawn. When I called about it, the owner said that he did not remember me asking to remove the sand. Even if that is true, dumping Chlorine, muriatic acid and other chemically impregnated filter sand all over the customers lawn is just sloppy and lazy, I'm sure that the the owner will have some sort of reply ready as I did call to complain. The idea was to give them a chance to reconcile, but the owners reply of, "I guess there's nothing I can do then, huh?" had attitiude attached to it big time, so I decided not to call back. You decide for yourself.
Description of Work: Replace a Pool Sand Filter with a Pool Carteridge filter. They were supposed to remove the sand filter and sand that was in it. Instead, they dumped the sand in my yard and just spread it about.

+ 8 morePineapple Bay Home Improvement & Repair was hired to do some remodeling projects at our home. Tod is very thorough and detail orientated. Excellent craftsmanship and superior service. He completed the job around our schedules and in the time he said he would. There is very little this man can not do when it comes to remodeling. Tod offered several suggestions and alternatives that kept us within our budget. His vision was as valuable as his craftsmanship. I would highly recommend this company and man to whomever is in the market!!
Description of Work: Pineapple Bay Home Improvement and Repair installed 2 new toilets, lament flooring in bathroom, hung new kitchen light, built small deck/walkway, closed off breakfast nook w/ sheet rock, and finished all sheet rock.
