Measurements were perfect. Installs (two) went smoothly. Crew cleaned up after each install. Very pleased with results. Luciano and Meriany are very helpful and provide excellent customer service.

We had 8 different sections cut with complex curves and angles. Personal touch came in to measure with a laser device. Every fit was perfect. Real precision. They don't have a fancy showroom but they did an outstanding job for us. They were very price competitive and a pleasure to work with.

These folks are all about precision. We had 8 different pieces of quartz countertop cut with complex curves, cutouts and corners. Every piece fit perfectly. The one seam that we had fit so perfectly that you can't tell that there is a seam there. They use laser technology to do their measurements and it works beautifully. In addition, they are great to work with and cost competitive. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank You PTC!!

Personal Touch has done 3 projects for me in the last 2 months. All have turned out great. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again. The first was a countertop replacement in the laundry room. I initially was very worried about damage to the surrounding cabinets and walls. I only wanted to change the tops to granite. Installation was quick and flawless. It looks like we always had granite in there. We then decided to redo our kitchen countertops as well. It was a big job - relocating a sink, refacing an island wall, and leveling the island. 150sq ft of stone. It looks amazing and everything went right to plan. While all this was happening, our main shower sprang a leak. I decided to have Personal Touch make some granite slabs for the seats in the shower. They managed to overcome walls that were 1/2 in out of square and get a very tight fit so I don't have to worry about the seat leaking again. Throughout all of this work, there were no delays, reschedules, unexpected problems or any of the other usual problems with contractors. Communication was excellent. Personal touch recently created granite tabletops for our kitchen/nook area. Our experience with them from the beginning to the end was extremely courteous and highly professional. We contacted six fabricators and ended up getting quotes from four of them. We were not interested in fancy showrooms or upscale salespeople. We just wanted a company that would do a great job for a reasonable price. That is what we found with personal touch. Everyone in their company that we came in contact with was pleasant and knowledgeable. The show room is nothing fancy and is located in a warehouse district. However, they had everything they needed to properly help us make our selections. They are extremely organized with high attention to detail. They were quick to respond to our inquiries and always punctual with our appointments. They came to our home to take precise measurements. They had us personally inspect the slab when it arrived and worked with us to determine what portions of the slab to utilize. Throughout the process they showed tremendous patience and were clearly highly motivated towards making us as happy as possible with the results. These people are humble, but competent. They are highly customer service oriented. They did high-quality work for a very reasonable price and kept every promise they made. We are extremely satisfied with our granite tabletops and with the experience. Highly recommended.

They called me about a wee and a half prior to the installation date asking to come about a week early They arrived on time, just after noon removed old countertops and sinks. They even took away the old countertops. Install all of them. Completed job same day. That had forgotten one set of backslashes n.a. so had to come back a feed days later for that.

They work with RTA Cabinets and they are both amazing. In April, they did the island countertop and then they came back and they did the kitchen countertop in May. Then they came back in June, the very beginning of June and they installed the countertop in the laundry room, on the bars and now I used them again. I just called them last week because I don’t have a back-splash. That’s the last thing that I to have and I decided to do the granite back-splash, the same that we have already as the counter-tops and they came and measured, so I used them again. The first one I don’t know what the estimate was because it was included in the invoice of the cabinet company RTA Cabinet & More. Then they were so good that I hired them to install the bar counter-tops. The estimates, they came they made the templates and they’re very, very reasonable. Very professional. They have a new technology to make it seamless so wherever they put the granite together you don’t see the seam hardly at all. They have this new technology, something they put in the top and it kind of pulls it together. I have to look for the seam to find it.

First, Henrique came to my house in February for a quote. It took me almost 3 months trying to decide which Quartz I was going with. He suggested several stone sites and had numerous samples and told me to please feel free to visit their showroom for larger samples, which I did. I was looking for Quartz countertops that looked liked Carrara marble and saw a big slab of Viatera Minuet at their showroom and knew exactly that this was what I was looking for. they removed my old Quartz countertops and installed new Quartz within a couple of hours. I was so pleased with their professionalism. They made sure my house was not messed up in any way and vacuumed when they left. Because I was having back splashes installed to the ceiling, the countertops had to settle a couple of days. Two days later, they were there, always on tine, and installed all the back splashes above the counters. There were 6 cut outs for electrical outlets and they did a perfect job. I also had a new, one bowl, sink installed and Henrique gave me the strainer rack at no charge. They also made me a cutting board out of the same Quartz. I cannot begin to give them the praise that they deserve. They were on time, professional and very nice men. I would advise everyone to use them! Please ask for Henrique for a quote. By the way, my original quote in February did not change in May, which sometimes happens with contractors. I would give this company a 100 on a scale of 1 to 10.🤗

Luciano and Henrique saved us. After waiting 6 weeks for home depot's subcontractor to deliver our countertops, they showed up with the wrong specs at 5pm on a Friday. I called Home Depot to fire them and my husband found Personal Touch on the web. He called and Luciano answered after 5pm. He told my husband he could do the job, if they could get a template made by Tuesday, the countertops could be installed in 2 weeks. Henrique came out on Sat morning to make a template. Then, Monday morning he found out that the quartz we wanted was not in the warehouse in Atlanta so it may take another week. They installed the countertops 3 weeks after template-no fault of theirs. The guys that did the installation actually called to say they were running "early" and could they come then. The countertops are beautiful. they fit our imperfect walls perfectly. And they cost less than Home Depot.

They did a great job and the price was right. The granite i chose (which was sold to me from another granite yard) had rough texture which I wasn' t happy with, but that wasn't the fabricator's fault. I do wish, however, that the fabricator would have noticed the pitted texture and notified me so that I could of selected another granite. The fabrication, however, was done well...

We wanted somewhat unique granite counter designs for two bathrooms. Brian came and reviewed our pictures and discussed our ideas. He made wonderful suggestions to personalize the countertops for the new cabinets. We could not be happier with the installation. Brian listened to everything we wanted, suggested ways to improve the design. He did everything starting with the original design, the templates, and the installation. We experienced several delays with the cabinet installation which changed the timing for granite. Brian worked with us to reschedule several times. He did not rush the job and was very patient as changes occurred. Every aspect of his work was professional. This is the second time we have used this company for renovations and both jobs have been excellent.

I had contracted with another company (Central Stone, Inc.) to fabricate and install my countertops in my new kitchen. They were very responsive until they had my deposit, Then never called again. The owner never responded to my calls They never arranged to procure the granite,did not make a template, and were rude when I was able to reach the owner. In fact, I had to call from another phone to even speak to him. No work was ever performed by CSI Tired of waitingfor any information after five weeks, and needing a functional kitchem, I contacted Brian at Personal Touch Countertops. He responded with a date to measure my cabinets, and arrived as scheduled to fabricate the template. He arranged for the granite that I had selected to be marked for me to chose the actual slabs. Within a few days, I had beautiful countertomps. All employees were absolutely polite and professional. I highly recommend them. I only wish that I had found them before the crooks who stole my deposit.
