Description of Work: First we were told that someone would not be able to give us a quote until after the first of the year! That is 3 months away! Then we were told this company did not service our area. Which is it? I personally think our job was just too small for them to bother with! They were very confusing to talk to.

Unfortunately, I didn't ask the right questions and caused this confusion. We are able to get to quotes/estimates within a timely manner, but our scheduling for doing the work is a wait of 3 months. And that didn't work for the customer, which is totally understandable. But what I should have asked first was where they were located. Right now we are unable to service this area because of the commuting distance and because of our backlogged scheduling. It had nothing to do with the size of the project. My apologies for your dissatisfaction.

They came out only for an inspection. Everything went well according to plan. We were pleased with their work and didn?t dislike anything about them. Our experience with them was very good. We had no complaints.

He is the best roofer. He is definitely an A+ guy! I got four or five bids--he wasn't the cheapest, but he did a great job. He spent the last hour of every day cleaning up. After every hurricane, he calls to see if I need anything done--he has a policy of fixing jobs he's already done before he takes any new work. I have recommended him to other people and they have all been very pleased with his work. If you need roof work done, this is the guy. Of anybody I have ever dealt with in my entire life, he is head and shoulders above the rest.
