+ -1 moreService call price - good. Refrigerant price - three times what another company charged a few months ago. The estimate for a new system was outrageously high and the salesman claimed it was with about a 33% discount because of "excess inventory."

+ -1 moreWARNING:DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ONE HOUR HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING! THEY ARE LIARS, CROOKS, AND THIEVES! WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER A MONTH FOR OUR AIR CONDITIONER TO BE FIXED UNDER PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY! I HAVE CALLED SO MANY TIMES THAT I'VE LOST TRACK, ALWAYS BEING PROMISED THAT A MANAGER WOULD CALL ME BACK AND THEY NEVER DO! THEIR LICENSE TO DO BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE PULLED!!! I AM JUST GOING TO TURN IT OVER TO A LAWYER !!
