 + -1 moreI have had tree work done before because I have a lot of trees on my lot. I have had experience with tree guys without much success until I found Neon. They are very nice people to do business with. The price is right for the services they provide. They had all the right equipment. There was no trying to figure out what they were going to do. They knew exacxtly what to do. I enjoyed watching them. I would highly recommend them to anyone for tree service.
Description of Work: They took down a bunch of trees and cleaned up some other trees. They cleared out some trees in the power line area. They did quite a bit of work.

 + -1 moreThese guys are professionals! They arrived early, after calling first to make sure it would be OK. They work incredibly quickly and professionally. They were pleasant, and added some work I asked them to do, of course for an extra charge. They spent a lot of time grinding the stump because it was so large. They raked up every little piece of mulch, palm fronds, etc. The yard was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Very pleasant customer service on the phone when scheduling. Highly recommend them. They beat the price of 3 other companies I called.
Description of Work: Cut down a very tall queen palm and a 10-trunked, very spiney, tall Phoenix reclanata, cluster palm. Ground down the 5-foot wide cluster palm stump

 + -1 moreWe are so grateful we found Neon Trees. Jason is so nice and honest. He told us we didn't even need to trim some of the limbs that we thought needed trimming. We will recommend Neon Trees to any friends and family that need any tree service and we will only use them again in the future!
Description of Work: We called and left a message with Neon Trees and we were called back that same day. The next day Jason came out to take a look at our large oak trees. We just wanted 4 limbs removed. He was so nice and the first person to actually show up for the appointment. We had gotten 2 estimates before contacting Neon Trees and both tree services did not show up for the first appointment. These other tree services also quoted us over double what Jason quoted. Jason and his guys showed up the following day to trim our trees. They were here only a few hours and when they were finished they cleaned everything up. They did such a great job! We will definitely be calling them in the future for any tree service we need!

Description of Work: Neon was asked to push back my backyard vegetation barrier about 10 to 15 feet. This meant clearing palmetto palms, kudo vines, Brazilian pepper trees, and remove all roots from vegetation with raking up mess and complete removal of said materials. Also, minor oak tree trimming around the house was performed toward the end of their day. Arrived on time about 8 a.m. Left about 3 p.m. I am not an over the top kind of guy. So when I say they were the best contractors I've ever hired, that's the truth. Neat, thorough, polite, sense of humor and always checking with me to see if what they were doing was ok by me. Folks: use these three guys. You won't be sorry.

 + -1 moreHe looked at my magnolia tree and said I did not need to trim it down. He was upfont with me and completely honest. He could have told me he needed to do this and do that, and I would not have known any difference; but he didn't do that. When I called for an appointment his wife was very friendly on the phone and set up an appointment time. He called ahead and was right there at the time he was supposed to be. He was very punctual. I will use him again in the future.

 + -1 moreI called Monday to accept the written quote and ask when work could be started. Tuesday at 07:30 they were at the house. On Time! All work was preformed just as they said. All debris was removed. Except for the two trees that were removed, there was no sign that they were even there.

 + -1 moreCalled Neon, a very nice and professional lady answered the phone, not an answering machine. I explained what we needed, Neon came and left an estimate that same day. We asked to be put on their schedule. They arrived when promised, trimmed the trees, cleaned everything up and, hauled away the cut fronds, we couldn't have been more pleased with this service. Excellent company.

He gave us a date and arrived early on that day, with his helper, and set to work immediately, they are very professional and work fast, always aware not to disturb plants that were not to be destroyed. When they left you could not see where the trees and bushes had been. The yard was left clean and they took all vegetation with them. I'm impressed with the quality of the work and would highly recommend Neon Tree Service to everyone.

I received prompt return phone calls to schedule a free estimate which was done within a week. Jason, one of the owners, was punctual to provide the free estimate and he arrived exactly at 8:00 AM to do the work. Everyone was professional and personable and we were very pleased with the outcome. We learned that this company does work for two other homeowners on our street. We highly recommend this company!
Description of Work: This outstanding tree service worked all day dropping very tall trees and trimming trees and very tall hedges. Three of the trees that needed to be dropped were in precarious places and they dropped them with precision.
