cell phone service
 + -1 moreI have had issues with there service. My phone was dead when I turned it back on. I had it off for about two weeks because I wasn't using it. When I needed to use it, it wouldn't turn on. I went to the store to complain about this and they said it was normal. I have not had this problem in the past with other carriers. The volume on the phone also doesn't turn up and it sounds like I'm tunnel when I'm talking on it.
Description of Work: I switched to their service for my previous carrier.
