They did a so-so job. They were hired to clean the bathrooms, the kitchen and the inside of the bathrooms and kitchens. They only cleaned the doors and everything in the kitchen but they didn't touch inside of the bathroom. They were great for the first time. They came out and sent two people. They did a good job. The second, the third, the fourth time I had to fire them because they were only sending out one person. There wasn't any problem.

The dusted every possible surface including ceiling fans. Some areas were dueted first and then wet washed such as the base boards in the bathroom. All bath surfaces were cleaned and scrubbed. Vacumning all flooring services. Dusting of shelves involved moving all nic-knacs etc. All picture frames were dusted. (We have a lot of art work and and quot;nik-nacksand quot;. The wood floors were also wet cleaned after being vacumned. The employees were very courtious and explained everything they were going to do before starting.

I don't really think their work is that terrific. The office staff is good. I find that they're more considerate than some of the other cleaning services. At the current time, they're about the best I can get. Their price and quality of service are average.

They come out once a month. I would not recommend them to friends and family. The price is good. They are supposed to move the furniture and clean. They do not do it. The floor was still dirty and sticky.

I have them scheduled every two weeks. The same couple comes every time, and they do a general cleaning. Merry Maids also has supervisors that come out for spot checks. I've never seen that happen before with other services. I am very pleased with their cleaning and plan to continue using them in the future..
