+ -1 moreI think their service representatives are up front. I don't feel like they try to oversell me on services and things like that. They tell me something happens, I say "Ok, do it." This time they told me that my tires should be replaced in about four months. They didn't try to sell me something that day. I really appreciated that.

This is the second car I purchased from this dealership and for years they have been providing me with excellent service. Of course, being a dealer, their prices are higher than other mechanics. However, I do not ever feel like I am being lied to or unnecessary things added on to pad the bill.
Description of Work: Installed a new tail light cover. I had just bought a brand new lexus and it had a tiny scratch. So they ordered a new one and replaced it free of charge.
