+ -1 moreLance was a Genus! He worked out the cost to my satisfaction and did a unbelievable good job. I looked for 30 min. to find a mistake, not one was found. He was pleasant to talk to, on time and cleaned up afterwards. A very neat job I must say. This guy is very professional and we were so happy to have found him. The best part was the price. I highly recommend them. He has a nice guarantee and will use him again real soon. Very nice personality and well mannered helpers.
Description of Work: Painting outside and one room inside of home. He prepared it better than any others have done telling me this is the way it should be done properly. He also pressure washed the outside really good.

They were in motion from the minute they arrived, and never wasted time. The job was completed on time with great results, and our neighbors have been very complimentary. We have used Lance's Painting for a very large job, indoors and out, for another house in Melbourne Beach. We would recommend Lance without hesitation to anyone who is looking for a quality and lasting paint job on their home.
