When we called to complain, the manager sent out a service tech to review and take photos. He was prompt and agreed that the sofa shouldn't look like ours did. A week or so later, we heard back from the store who said that replacement/correction had been denied. We called the Marketing Director's office in corporate and were assisted by a lovely person who got us a new sofa that we now love. Meanwhile, when we went to pick out new fabric, because we should not have been sold the chenille fabric, we were told to expect our 2nd sofa in 12 to 16 weeks. Two weeks later, we received a call from the manager who told us we shouldn't have been sold the #2 fabric either. So, we took another 45 minute each-way trip to select a #3 fabric. Even though I decorated my living room based on the color of my #1 fabric, I was now forced to pick a different color! And the manager wanted us to pay another $100.
Description of Work: This LA-Z-BOY furniture store sold me a sofa which, after I complained about the workmanship, they told me I shouldn't have ordered that style in that fabric. And, it's the same fabric used on a floor sample or that design!

Jeff Carpenter and Kyle Toth were the gentlemen that delivered the couch and managed to get it inside without any incident. They were very courteous and professional. They really took charge of the situation and were willing to get it in... one way or the other. Thank goodness the door was big enough. These gentlemen were so nice and willing to stay until we figured it out. We were the last job and I knew they were tired but they persevered. La-Z Boy is lucky to have Mr. Carpenter and Mr. Toth. Well done!
Description of Work: We purchased a leather sleeper at La-Z Boy. When they delivered it, we realized our inside room doorway was too small so they had to bring it in through the outside BACK door where it was suppose to go in the first place. Lucky for us we had such a door. However, we have outside hurricane shutters that are not easy to remove.
