We had them do our roof after the hail storm in early 2019. They worked with my insurance and got me a new roof for 1,500 dollars. They really helped us. We had no idea we could get our roof replaced after the hail. We had no leaks and they came by knocked our door and said we had damage after the inspected our roof. The guys did a great job on the roof and all i can say is they mean what they say. I recommend these guys weekly..

JOB NEVER COMPLETED - NEARLY 6 MONTHS LATER! HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE! - Poor workmanship. No care taken with my property. Damages to my home. Empty promises. Lack of communication. Left me with excessive damages and unfinished work. This company was one the WORST I've ever dealt with! From the moment they stupidly back-up a construction dumpster outside my garage and blocked my car inside, I knew how this job would turn out - and I was right! They couldn't care LESS about quality and they treat homeowners' property with NO respect or care. Most of the crew didn't speak English, and since there was little to no supervision on the job, we attempted to speak to the 'head guy' (who spoke a bit of English) to ensure they were clear that we wanted the roof done correctly, all damaged wood replaced, etc. Since I don't speak Spanish, I was unable to communicate to the workers as they damaged my property and trashed my lawn, walks, and driveways; and NO SUPERVISOR WAS ONSITE that could monitor them. The work crew was so disrespectful toward my home and property (see photos). There was garbage and trash strewn ALL OVER my yard, driveway, top of the screen pool enclosure, etc - even half-eaten fast food burgers and ketchup on the driveway! WHO DOES THIS???? When the crew left at the end of each day, they left clothing, shoes, empty water bottles, soda cans, construction debris, roofing nails, etc. ALL OVER. Because they left tarps on my shrubs for so long, MANY shrubs died and had to be replaced. Because they left one of the two dumpsters partly on my lawn, IT also died and had to be replaced! *I had to call the dumpster company to request removal of it! Their workmanship included half-attached shingles, crooked shingles, soft spots where they failed to replace damaged wood, black roofing tar all over my Hardy Plank siding, broken soffits, incorrectly affixed flashing, crooked ridge vents (3 of 3), one area where there was NOTHING under shingles - I mean NOTHING! When Hurricane Irma came, those shingles were ripped off, revealing nothing but an empty HOLE! To top it all off, they DAMAGED my existing gutters, removed and lost gutter spikes, detached gutters and didn't re-attach them, NAILED my fascia and caused damaged and 'waves' (not supposed to NAILED!), and horrific damages to soffits and fascia all around my home. Prior to the hurricane, they failed to dry-in their work areas, so rainwater poured into my kitchen and laundry room - more damages for ME to pay to have fixed! (I have photos and documentation.) Paul never even offered to reimburse for my expense to fix these areas! JT Roofing took my million-dollar+ home and treated it like it was a piece-of-crap shanty! After repeated attempts to get Paul back out here, we finally contacted (and PAID!) an inspection company to come out and document the disaster. Again, Paul never offered to reimburse me for this expense either. To date, almost 6 months later, JT Roofing has failed to finalize the job, although Paul had repeatedly PROMISED to make it right and repair all the damages my property suffered because of their lack of due care. I can only surmise that since the last hurricane hit, they've moved on to new jobs, while the money is good and people are desperate for roofs. It would be nice if they FINISHED a job for which they were contracted! Their avoidance shows total lack of character! This company doesn't deserve to be in business. I'm leaving a review because I WISH someone had warned ME about this poor excuse for a company before I got screwed over and left with unfinished work, multiple repairs, and damaged property! When one contracts and pays for a new roof, it is expected that the work will IMPROVE the property and add value - NOT DAMAGE IT AND COST THE HOMEOWNER MORE MONEY, TIME, AND AGGRAVATION! *I've got photos, videos, documentation of inspectors, written statements, etc that support every assertion in this review. I'd be happy to elaborate further. *I'M ESCALATING THIS MATTER TO FORCE THE COMPANY TO EITHER FIX THE DAMAGES OR REIMBURSE ME SO I CAN PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO DO 'THEIR JOB.' When Paul stood in my kitchen and swore they'd 'be back to finish if we'd pay them all but a couple thousand dollars of the balance,' I should have listened to that little voice that warned me he was full of CRAP! Lesson learned! But, I'm not finished with this matter, not by a long shot.

Poor Communication from Nick the salesman and TJ Thomas. They made promises and didn't follow through, always late or no showed, took two months to complete roof, left horrible messes and through cigarette butts all around the yard, got screw and nail in my tire because they didn't have the dumpster to begin with an pushed the shingles onto tarps and when they finally got the dumpster they were tossing it into the dumpster and shingles and nails flew everywhere, they continuously left my gate open and my dog got out and ate dozen donuts which I had to take him for the vet and got a $250 bill, Nick threatened to put a lien on my house and sue me for 3x the amount of the roof to try and get final payment before the house even passed final inspection and before they finished what was in the contract. Even the owner asked me for final payment before the house passed final inspection. There was at least four different subcontractors just for the fasha and soffit and none of them seem to know what they were doing. Ended up stepping on a nail and having a $255 doctor bill because they never rolled the yard for nails either. The worst experience ever with any contractor. This is 2 months later and they still have not rolled my yard for nails. I literally had to go outside and spend hours picking up shingles and Nails because they left it like that for weeks.
