Johnson Aluminum Products

This company used my property as access point to build a screen enclose at the house next door. They made ruts in the grass, tore up the grass all along the side of my house, stacked their materials on my grass and setup their aluminum saw in my yard. I showed them how they tore up my grass and made deep ruts in the grass, which was mud by that time. They moved their materials and equipment and assured me they would clean up the aluminum cuttings and repair my grass. Next day they arrived and did the same thing in my yard. They left and did not repair any of the lawn damage. I then called the company johnsonaluminumproducts, 321-956-3102 and a guy, Brian came out looked at it and said they would fix it. A week later with a few more calls and a nothing has been repaired. Now, Brian says the HOA told them they don’t need to repair the damage they caused. I called the HOA, they do need to repair their damage.
