Terrible! When he came out Saturday and saw the new sink drain was to the back rather than centered as before, he hem and hawed, then said he hoped he had everything he needed on his truck to move the plumbing that was now in the way. When I brought out my new American Standard garbage disposal he said real plumbers only install Insinkerator garbage disposals. I said there was nothing different about installing this one as they are pretty much the same. He said I was a know-it-all. The conversation became heated and he stormed out never really even starting the job. That left us with at least 2 more days without sinks. I will never use this guy again nor recommend this guy to my worst enemy.

Joe was thorough and repiped my system because he wasn't happy with the standards used by the previous installer. His price was fair, his work was excellent! Now I can see the difference in having it done properly! I would recommend Joe without hesitation! He is nice, professional and also a kind a good person.

Setting up a firm appointment took a little work as Joe seems to be a pretty busy guy. That said, once he was able to make it out to my house, he got to work immediately on checking out the clean out valve on my drain system and explained everything that he was doing while on the service call (took 30 - 45 minutes all told). Upon discovering that he could not fix the issue, he also made an excellent recommendation on a company that could inspect/repair my septic system. He also gave me a discount on the cost of the service call because it did not require all of the work that might have occurred in the event that he would have been able to fix the problem.

He was very pleasant and efficient. The garbage disposal is working. I would use them again.

They took awhile to remove the sink and get it replaced. He is very professional and makes sure he gets everything he needs to get done and he guarantees his work.
