We had considerable damage to the interior of our home due to water leaks. Jeremiah's crew ripped out and replaced all of the sheetrock, including the ceiling in two of our rooms. The crew was prompt and did a great job at a very fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to use Jeremiah for any future projects.

The crew were exceptional. The roof held up very well through the storms and they did a fantastic job. It looks great. Mr. Harmon, on the other hand has cost me an extra $600.00 because he is very remiss getting you the wind mitigation information and especially pictures, which you have to have for Insurance. During the construction phase he was very responsive (before he was paid) to my calls but since he was paid he doesn't respond at all. I am changing ins. co's. and need the pictures and he doesn't respond to either me or the ins. co.. I won't get the wind mitigation credit without them, therefore I have to pay for another inspection. I chose Mr. Harmon to do the job, even though he was the most expensive, because of the mitigation credit. Rational was, better job better credit.

Overall pretty Good. The only complaints I have is when they began tearing the roof off, after they placed the "underlayment on, they left for 2-3 days. Then returned to complete the job. They didn't even tell us they were going to stop in the middle of replacing a roof, leave and come back in a couple of days to continue the job. That part I was not too happy about. They need to work on their communication skills greatly. That's why I gave them a B in punctuality (for those days they just disappeared). The next complaint I have is the wind mitigation forms and pictures was a real hassle to get from him. I actually had to hire an inspector to come out and retake the photos, because the one's the roofing company took were not what the insurance company wanted. Also, the papers the roofer had filled out for wind mitigation were not up-to-date. Those had to be redone as well. So it was a real hassle. That's why I gave them a B in responsiveness. But, I do love my roof. It is beautiful. I also had some rotted wood they had replaced where there had been a little water damage on the porch area where the water runs off.

It's not completed yet; however, they are moving very quickly considering the enormous job. The crew is hard working, reliable, respectful of property and courteous in all interactions. We are very impressed and extremely happy with our choice!
