Jeff painted my 4 bdrm 4 bath home and it couldn’t have looked any better. He used Benjamin Moore Paint and had it shipped in from Vero Beach. He started when he said and finished when he promised. I would hire him again.

Jeff came out on time for our scheduled appointment. It took him a few days for me to receive it back. I received 3 other estimates and Jeff's was in the middle. We scheduled the job for 3 weeks out. The Friday before he called to let us know he would be washing the home on Monday. Jeff started prep on Tuesday sealing the entire home and caulking everything with high end products that he explained what they were. On Wednesday he covered up all the windows and proceeded to paint the home. He literally finished painting the stucco in one day which was amazing considering it was an extreme color change. The next day Thursday he started painting my fascia and soffit and gutters white. On Friday he rolled another coat on my entire home. He knocked on my door to show me what he was doing because he promised 2 coats. On Friday evening he finished the job and far exceeded my expectations. His brushing and rolling and spraying prooves he had 25 years experience like he claimed. I recommend Jeff to everyone I can

Jeff is my painter I always call for my painting needs. I always get 2 other bids and Jeff is always competitive and I enjoy the finished product. I would recommend Jeff. He is a college educated painter which is rare and offers a higher level of customer service than I receive from all the other contractors I hire.

Jeff is the best. He gave us a great price and started the job when he said he would. Jeff power washed, caulked, and painted the house one color, the deck rails another color, and the stair treads another color. He used two coats on everything. He did a wonderful job. Our house now looks beautiful. I cannot express how happy we are with the job he did. I got other estimates, and his was by far the lowest. Some painters gave estimates that were totally ridiculous. Seriously, you will be VERY happy if you get Jeff to do any painting for you. He used satin paint on everything. He said he does not use flat paint unless the customers wants it. He also used the #1 rated paint. Not only is Jeff a great painter, but he is a super nice guy.

Jeff is a great professional. He arrived on time and did exactly what he quoted. He power washed the house and filled any cracks and then sealed the walls. He then went ahead and painted the trim one color and then the entire house a second color. His work was flawless. He removed any items that needed removing and then placed them back exactly where they were. One ornamental bell was removed and he painted it black before he put it back up. I could not ask for more from any contractor. Thanks Jeff!!!! Truly appreciate the work that you did.

Amazing service. Jeff painted the exterior of my home and so I decided to use him to paint some of my interior rooms and I couldn't be more pleased. His professional service and crew amazed me. I could not find any touch up work and paint clean up areas anywhere. He does what he says he will do and is courteous and polite. They do daily cleanup and briefed me everyday on the painting task they would do the next day. I am trying to get him to come to New York and paint my condo. His attention to detail was amazing. He has already schedule to paint a friend of mine that also lives in my neighborhood. Jeff is the best painter I have ever used on my properties that I can remember.

I called multiple painting contractors who were licensed to paint in Indian River County and hired Jeff Unseth after we were satisfied with his price and clearly believed he would do what he said he was going to do. He was the only contractor to arrive on time for our appointment. Two other painters didn't show and a few others showed up late. He wasn't the highest bid or the lowest bid. Every detail had to be approved through our home owner's association, so we needed a copy of his estimate and insurance information, which he gladly provided. He started by powerwashing and came back the next day to start prepping. He sprayed a clear sealer over the entire house and caulked every stucco crack and window. We have had our home painted before and they spent only a few hours prepping. Jeff and his crew prepped for over two days. He then taped off all our windows and painted 2 full coats of paint on our home. Our home is now better than new. We get compliments from all our neighbors. We were happy with Jeff. He used only the top level paint products money can buy. We watched him work and could tell he was well experienced by his professionalism and straight lines. He even worked with our gardener to learn the best way to protect our plants, trees and bushes. Our neighbor's were clearly impressed and he is already scheduled to paint our neighbors home. We were extremely happywith Jeff and have decided to hire him to paint our interior.

We were not living in our new house yet and were totally renovating it. We hired Jeff because of his good standing on Angie's list. There were no major complaints until we discovered that he painted all the interiors walls with flat paint, even though we had instructed him to use eggshell finish. When we moved into the house, we tried cleaning the marks on the walls from the other contractors, we were shocked when we saw the paint come right off the walls with a damp rag. We spoke to other painters while getting quotes to repaint what Jeff did and they all said the same thing: "why in the world he would use flat paint? Eggshell doesn't look any different and you can scrub the walls if they get dirty." They also said the paint that he had used was very poor quality. Jeff claims that he talked it over with my wife and they decided to go with flat because of the condition of our walls. That is simply untrue because my wife doesn't even know the difference between finishes and would have never said such a thing. The only possible reason for Jeff to use flat paint was for to save money on the cost of the paint, and to save time on prepping the walls. He was probably hoping that the flat finish would hide everything. Also, he sprayed everything instead of rolling it and got paint inside every light switch and electrical outlet in the house. There was paint dust all over and he didn't protect anything or vacuum up after himself. He did not put the vertical blinds that he had taken down back up and lost the brackets. I had to throw the blinds out and get new ones. After paying Jeff $3200, we had to hire a second contractor to repaint the most of the walls. The second painters did not get a spot of paint on anything. Also, Jeff wastes so much time talking that the job took weeks longer than it should of. The new painters that I hired worked all day without talking and got the job done quickly and professionally. The whole paint job ended up costing us much more than it had to, because Jeff took it upon himself to use flat paint. If he had used eggshell finish as instructed, we could have cleaned all the marks and avoided having to hire a second painter. Secondly, he kept our remote and key to all the back doors for over a month with no reason. He should have returned it. It was not his to keep. We tried to resolve the issue with him, but he was not willing to admit his major screw-up.

Jeff responded to my online request for a quote and came to my home to review the work. A quote was provided within two days. I had already received three other quotes from three other painters at that point so I had a good idea of what the job was going to be. Details of the work were included with Jeff's quote but I wanted a more personal assessment of what was going to be included with his excellent quote. Jeff came out again and reviewed the project in detail with me ensuring me the project was something he was very familiar with. Jeff made me feel comfortable and confidenmt that he could meet my expectations. (I was a little surprised he did not change his mind after he found out how particular I was going to be. Jeff kept intouch with me via text, (I work out of town), to let me know when he was coming. He came out on Monday the 4th to power wash the home. He moved our decorations from our front garden and the lanscaping rocks away from the base, (I had told him I wanted the paint to go to the ground). He texted me in the middle of the week telling me he would be working on Friday to seal and caulk everyhting. By Monday he textex me to tell me that he would be completeing the job on Monday the 11th. I was not home untill Saturday the 16th but my wife calld to tell me she was inpressed with Jeff's detail. She said you would never know he was there doing work when he was done and his attention to detail was terrific. Everythng was cleaned up and finished as promissed. That made me happy, (wife happy....husband happy). I am very happy with the results. Jeff did a terrific job and our home looks great! Right down to every detail we discussed. Our only regret is that we did not know about Jeff Unseth when we had the interior of our home painted last year!

Needed a paint job done ASAP. Called Jeff one day and he was here the next day at my request!! He is very professional, responsive, and provides quality work. His price was very fair. I highly recommend Jeff!! Very dependable and knowledgeable!

When Jeff came to provide us an estimate, he not only gave us a fair price, but we felt comfortable with his level of honesty and sincerity, and confident that he knew what he was doing. (Some painters will have you believe they're good and the finished product says otherwise). So we hired Jeff to do the job. He was punctual every day, thorough, precise and efficient, and did an absolutely beautiful job. He was also patient with me as I have a tendency to change my mind midstream. For example, after painting the large hall closet in the color I gave him, I decided I didn't like that color after all but I told him it was ok to leave it like that. But he insisted that I let him redo it in another color that I wanted. He graciously accommodated my request. He was on time every day and worked full days to complete the job within the scheduled time frame. He was extremely careful about covering our furniture, our floors, our clothing (in the closets), etc. Not a drop of paint was found on anything other than what was being painted. Very neat, and cleaned up all the areas at the end of each day. The finished product is high-end and shows someone skilled at his trade! In a heartbeat, we would highly recommend Jeff Unseth Painting.

Jeff was recommended to me by a neighbor and I am glad she did. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and appropriately priced. His was not the lowest price but was the lowest price painter I had visit and quote that I was comfortable having around my house. I sought a lot of quotes; cold calling the phone book had some scary people show up claiming to be painters. That experience led me to Angie's List. The 4 other quotes from Angie's painters were night and day from what I received phone book shopping. Jeff talked at length about what he would do for the house to make it look spectacular. His recommendations were great and he delivered a finished product that I am very happy with. He even went above and beyond with treating things like settling cracks, blending imperfections, multiple coats, back rolling for even coverage, and pressure washing the driveway, sidewalk, and gutters. FL June showers can be unpredictable but Jeff worked around them and finished the job in about a week.

He moved all the furniture and removed electrical plates and placed everything back when he was done. He did a wonderful job cleaning up...everything was spotless. He did a great job. He came on time. He's a reliable gentleman. My wife is completely satisfied with the work. His price was very good. I don't think anyone could have done a better job.

My first contact with Jeff, the owner, was scheduling an appointment for an estimate. He was very professional, punctual and thorough when he came out for the estimate. We felt his estimate was very reasonable. He offered suggestions which I was grateful for. Jeff was always punctual and very pleasant. We were very pleased that he made sure all the furniture and floors were covered. I must say I don't know how he managed to paint the rooms and especially the ceilings with no mess. He made sure each day that all his materials were out of the way. We are very pleased with the outstanding job Jeff did and hope to have him back in the future to do some more painting.

Jeff arrived on schedule to do the estimate and completed the painting on schedule. He painted the entire interior of my home and it looks great. After some miscommunications on both sides, I am still glad I chose Jeff and will call him again when I need additional painting completed. I could not ask for anyone more easy to work with.

It went well. Jeff is very professional. He showed up on time and completed the job when promised. We had to wait for about five weeks after the estimate to start the job because this guy is busy. It was worth the wait. Jeff is a hard worker. His assistant was out ill and we thought the job would take longer than he initially promised but he worked alone and completed the job on time as promised. His attention to detail is excellent. His work was exceptional. He is very neat and cleans up whatever mess he makes. What I liked most about this painter was his attention to detail and eagerness to please his customers. That is rare today. My wife and I were very pleased with the result. We would use Jeff again in a heartbeat. He does quality work at reasonable prices.

Jeff was punctual each day even when coming out to give the estimate. Everything went well. He used the necessary tarps and plastic so that our furniture was protected. He did a very thorough and excellent job. We would recommend him to anyone.
