INJOY Cleaning Company

Katrina cleaned areas never even thought of (top of cabinets in laundry room). She did all mirrors (a lot) in bathroom and closet doors. Spent 3 hours and I could not be more pleased and satisfied.

Dannelle arrived at the scheduled time. Introduced herself was courteous and pleasant, she asked about special areas or items that should be handled carefully or avoided. Explained the cleaning products used and did thorough job.

The job went pretty well. Very fast and friendly housekeeper. She arrived at the scheduled time, as well. She also loaded the dishwasher and turned it on, which was definitely above and beyond my expectations; as well as removing some sticky tape from the outside of the main toilet bowl. I did tell her that she didn't need to bother with that, but she did so anyway. She said she was very particular and that was her job. Unfortunately, the second toilet evidently wasn't included in the job. The only issues I had were when checking the rooms after the housekeeper left, I did find a few missed areas. 2nd bathroom sink and counter were still somewhat dirty, and the built in shampoo/soap compartment in the tub/shower wasn't touched at all. Also, not really sure how often the water was changed, because the main bathroom floor tile was dingy. You could see the mop marks on the tile. I just hope the same water that was used to wipe off the toilet, wasn't then used on everything else! All in all, I was happy with the job. I would probably ask more questions throughout the cleaning next time.

I needed a last minute deep clean of a rental property and Christy was not only able to get get the job quickly, she was on time, very professional, and did a really awesome job cleaning the house. I will definitely use Injoy Cleaning again! Thank you Christy!

We have been using Injoy Cleaning for a few months. Every other week a pleasant, professional person comes to clean. We have had three different women come to clean. Each is thorough and careful. We intend to continue using Injoy and recommend them as well.

There were three women sent to my house to do a deep clean. The one who cleaned upstairs would get an A grade. She did a fantastic job. The one who did the main part of the house would get a B grade. She did ok but missed some areas, mop was too wet for wood floors and they used feather dusters which in my opinion just scatters dust around. The woman who did the master bath area gets a C grade because she missed several areas, didn’t do a good job on the shower and I had to have her redo the blinds. I also saw her shake out her dusty rag at least twice inside the house! I paid over $550 for this cleaning and it was way too expensive for what I got. This would’ve been a decent weekly cleaning but not up to par for a deep clean. All of the women were very friendly.

Jessica and Suzie came out the first time when I was preparing to list my house for sale. They did a thorough job of cleaning including washing the woodwork and cleaning the bathrooms, floors, fans and blinds. Excellent work overall. I was so happy with them that they have come every two weeks since. When Suzie noticed how dinghy my shower was, she brought a specialized product which did an wonderful job of brightening up the Shower. Overall I have been very impressed on how this business is managed. Christy sends out a reminder of scheduled visits and calls if any adjustment needs to be made to the schedule.

I can count on INJOY cleaning to leave my house sparkling. Christy and company are always on top of my ever changing schedule and bend over backwards to clean my house on time, every time. I’d never use anyone else!

InJoy cleaning did a terrific job! Christy and Susan worked really hard and the house looked great afterwards. I would definitely hire InJoy again.

She did a good job, didn't seem like she wanted to come back because of the distance. Should put on her website will not go out so far.

They were prompt, courteous and efficient. 2 cleaners worked for almost four hours, cleaned inside the house (including dusting fans and plantation shutters). Did not have inside of appliances cleaned or linens changed. This was the first visit but plan to call them again.

Christy did an outstanding job cleaning our house. I will have her back on a monthly basis. I can't possibly describe just how throughly she cleaned. She actually underestimated the time it would take and only charged me what she had quoted. She is a great cleaner, fair, and honest.

I just wanted to say they were fantastic, showed up when they said they , dusted, vac/ mop all tile floors, cleaned baths x2 and kitchen, laundry area, foyer, bed rms, mirrors ,pics area rugs, and did a fabulous job these girls know how to clean worked very hard and fast I am impressed, so many people think they put an ad out there claiming to be cleaners and we are left with such disappointment NOT THESE GIRLS!! You will not be disappointed in their work ethic and professional manners I will be calling them again and so should you!!!

Christy worked extremely hard completing deep cleaning including removing dog hair and scrubbing- organized items - did not need to tell her what to do - she got right in and cleaned everything and knew how to do deep cleaning. I was extremely impressed as their are services that clean/ dust but do not work as hard as this company. Very impressed and worth every penny. She and her assistant were both hard workers and did not waste time. They only took one 1/2 lunch over a 5 hour period of time. I have used several cleaning services for deep cleaning but none as good as this one!

Good job at our condo cleaning and very easy to schedule and communicate with.
