One cable had broken. Technician showed me that the originally installed 1/16th inch cables were not meant for steel doors. They both were replaced with stronger 1/8th inch cables. He also lubricated all hinges and the main spring, and showed me how to do this monthly going forward to extend the door's life. This was an excellent experience.

Serviceman was very prompt within the time frame given to me. He answered any questions I had to my satisfaction. He was very pleasant and respectful. I would recommend his service to anyone.

It was a hard job. The old door fell apart as it was coming and and broke on the worker as it was being loaded on the truck for the dump. The new door is hurricane rated and has many many screws and parts that had to be just so to meet code. It was labor intensive and took about 3 hours. Young man was prompt, knowledgeable and polite and maintained a good attitude through out the day. he completed the job, was very informative about follow up that needed to be done to have the door inspected by the city and what maintenance was necessary.

I called them, and the man came out. He took one bolt out and adjusted it very briefly. Then he went and sprayed around on the tracks and did less than 15 minutes of work, including the time he spent talking to me. He charged me 99.95, and he didn't do anything other than lubricate the track and wheels. In my area, the standard price is 29 dollars for a service call. The guy was very nice and pleasant to talk to, and he seemed to know what he was doing. He did help the rod stop jumping quite so much. I called him on a Thursday, and the person taking the call was a bit cold. She didn't schedule me right then, they called a day later to say they could come out the next day (Saturday.) They didn't alert me if they were charging me extra for the weekend. They said they would be there between one and four or so.
