 + -1 moreBill was very thorough and explained everything when he finished his inspection. He spent so much time with us and his report was extremely detailed with photos and recommendations. He was also prompt in getting us the report. We had it in our email the next day before noon! He answered all of our questions and was reachable via cell phone when we needed him.
