The inspectors arrived on time and went to work right away taking pictures and heat measurements. The two man crew made the job go fast, but they were very thorough and noticed even small things like missing grout between tiles. Every home buyer should use this company. After the wind mitigation report was submitted my insurance proposal went down $1,300.

Inspectors were very through and professional and answered all my questions about features in the home. They also gave hints on how to keep the home in good shape.

We found them to be punctual, professional and respectful. They went over all of their findings with visual effects. They answered all of our questions and were able to make suggestions regarding any items that required fixing. Things went very well. The inspectors showed up right on time and completed the inspection in a timely and thorough manner. We are buying a house in Florida but currently live in Japan, and we assumed the time difference would be an issue. That turned out to not be the case as the company has personnel on duty outside of normal operating hours. We had an issue with the payment because their system doesn't support foreign addresses. I exchanged several emails with Michelle and Aaron between 9 pm and midnight Florida time. I was pretty startled to get the support that I did and that time of day. Very professional and very helpful and the very thorough report gave us the peace of mind to continue with the purchase process. I would recommend Honor Home Inspections without hesitation.

The reports provided were very professional and detailed. I was not in attendance, but I was told they were prompt and they completed the inspection in a timely manner. There were two inspectors that split up the task and combined their findings into a single report. I will definitely hire Honor again for any future home inspections.

Great, they were top notch in the inspection and he even crawled into unlikely spaces in the attic to determine if there were any issues up there. I guess depends on home size but they are very thorough and took about an hour or so. I have used these guys at least 6 times now. I have always had John come out and do the inspections. 100% trusted when they tell me what's wrong and they show photos for everything so its not just "hear say".

The inspector arrived at the appointment time and introduced himself and opened the house and started to inspect. He was very thorough and checked everything. You could see that he had performed these inspections many times. When he walked in he turned on the A/C to let it run and give it time to run. He turned on every light to check all the circuits and outlets. Then while all the items were on he inspected the rest of the house. He opened the breaker panel to inspect inside the breaker panel. He showed how the breakers were too big for the A/C units and should be changed. He checked the roof both from the top and got in the attic to check all the rafters. He ran the dishwasher to insure that it worked properly and the stove also. He was there several hours and checked everything. This is just a quick example of what he inspected but did not miss anything. At the end he reviewed what he had found to see if I might have had any questions. Then he sent me an email of the report. The report as I said previously was very detailed and orderly. I am able to use this report in the purchase of the house.

The overall inspection was extremely thorough and i learned a lot about the new home I was purchasing. I would definitely hire them again for future home purchases in this area.

This is the second time we have used Honor for home inspection services. We came back to them after dissatisfaction with a realtor-provided inspection service on another property. They check every single electrical outlet, thermograph the vents for heat and cold, inspect interior and exterior walls and the foundation, doors, windows, the attic, the roof, the electrical panel, AC and furnace, plumbing, fixtures, closets, doors, screens, all appliances......whew! Our inspector was Jeffrey Williams. His attention to detail was truly outstanding. Not only did he reveal immediate issues, but detailed potential areas of concern that could become bigger problems. His attitude was professional and friendly; answering all of our questions with a superior knowledge of all the different aspects of a building's functions and the mechanical systems that maintain a healthy, comfortable home. We've had inspections done on properties before but no one has come close to providing us with the level of detail that Jeff supplied.

Honor Construction Inspection Services was very thorough and went over the results of every portion of the inspection when it was completed. He returned a week later to re-inspect some problem items that he had found to assure that they had been corrected. John was very professional and courteous. We would certainly use their services again and recommend them to our friends.

Never buy a house without paying for your own inspection

The inspection team showed up right on time. They explained things as they inspected and were very thorough. Promised me a full report by the next afternoon and that was received. I could not asked for better team to do the inspection. Great job.

I found Honor on Angie's List. I was purchasing a house that was being built. I have lived in a house all of my life and was going into this purchase with eyes wide open, trying to use extreme caution in dealing with a publicly listed builder. I have used Angie's List before, but always read every review. Did that again with Honor. Michelle and Christina in the office- are consistently wonderful, professional, supportive and responsive...no matter what the issue or question- you get an answer. They also worked with the builder's sales office for scheduling and keeping on top of scheduling. John and his inspection team- Jeff and Sara are "all of the above" plus- very thorough, eager to listen to questions, explain what they see and what is good and/or bad. They look at everything. The builder provided very tight time frames for the pre-drywall inspection. Pre-closing was also tricky to schedule, but Honor worked it out and they were there. Their pricing is more than fair for the product and service you get. John's report is very professional, detailed, and easy to understand. Turn around is extremely fast. I am so happy I found them. They provided a fabulous comfort level for me and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking at real estate - whether a re-sale or, perhaps- just as importantly- new construction.
