This inspection uncovered major structural damage caused by water from leaking roof, along with mold and other damages caused by lack of routine maintenance.

They guys were great! I was so nervous about buying a home and JP and Joe took the time to not only answer my questions but to show me issues that may be a problem later. They were professional, very knowledgeable, and willing to help me understand issues without making me feel like I did not know anything. I believe they went beyond what a company would normally do and I would hire this company again without hestation. I now feel great about my purchase and comfortable with my decision to move forward. I believe it was totally worth the money spent.

Very well. These folks were prompt, thorough, helpful, and professional. They did the home inspection, wind mitigation, and termite inspection. Afterwards they went over everything verbally and followed up with an extensive written report later the same day. I most certainly will use them again. The cost was a bit higher than other companies but it was well worth it in my opinion.

I was pleasantly surprised how thorough the job was done. They were able to explain every picture they took and what they were looking at and what I should do to fix any small problem

Outstanding! A few things were brought to surface and explained thoroughly. Team of 2 very experienced inspectors worked efficiently to complete a really meticulous inspection in about an hour and a half. They took pictures of everything and monitored all vents, windows, and appliances with a thermal camera. Afterward, the team provided a slideshow on their laptop of everything. I had little-to-no questions at the end. My wife and I were very pleased.
