+ -1 moreIt went pretty good. He was punctual and fair in price. He was a very courteous person to work with. He is a really nice worker. He explained what he was doing. He was really good.

Description of Work: I use Hoagland Inspection regularly for inspection. The last time I used him was about two weeks ago. I have been using him for five years.

+ 0 moreBrian Hoagland spent the better part of a day crawling into every nook and cranny of a large single family home. During the inspection he pointed out potential problem ares, explained the building codes, and also explained how he would docuument it in his report. The report was received the following day and it contained numerous pictures with close-ups clearly showing each problem area. Each part of the report was very detailed. When I submitted the required parts of the report to my home insurance company, they acceped it with no issues. On time, courteous, professional and accurate - it doesn't get any better than that.
Description of Work: Mr. Hoagland conducted a pre-sale inspection on a single family dwelling that we are purchasing.
