Ok different review than previous tech.

Very smoothly. Price was good and the higher efficiency system has made a nice difference in our comfort and energy usage. Overall very pleased.

Very well. The technician readily fixed the problem (AC blowing non-cooled air), and I was so impressed that I signed a maintenance agreement with the company.

It went fine. He took his time and was careful.

I ave used H & H for 6 years for all my A/C services. They really know their business and always do a quick and thorough job to keep me cool. Today's technician was Jeremy Sorum. He is knowledgeable and efficient. PLUS. he is friendly and very personable.

They are excellent to work, with professional personality and they tried very hard to satisfy you.

These are great people to work with. Communication was wonderful. They were always on time and cleaned up when they were done. I am extremely happy with this company.

It was a disaster. I will never call them again. They didn't fix my problem and charged me $160 for 2lbs of freon

We had the 28-point A/C tune up. Two of the items included in the tune-up was "Cleaning condenser coil and removing debris" and "Cleaning indoor coil (if accessible)". We were told by the technician that no cleaning was included in the tune-up. He did check our system out and let us know what work we needed to get done.

They arrived on time and the work was done. They discovered a part needing replacement and that was done. I think it was a relay and cost was $160. They also recommended a major cleaning after opening up the system and they showed me what needed to be done. Unfortunately the Tech could not get to it that day and neither could I. It is up to me to call for an appointment. I could see why it needs to be done now since the air flow is greatly affected and the unit runs more then it should. The price $595 seems to be high but till I check with another company I am putting it off.

They missed 2 appointments that they set up with me.

They arrived on time and performed the service. it went well.

It cost was free at the time. They were fine as far as this price, but overall if you don’t have them through like Angie’s List, they are expensive. It took probably about an hour to do the work. There was only one worker and he was fine.

The techninian (jeremy) he was excellent/ explained things very well to me expalined whats going on. he was friendly. They are have a cheaper price when to directly contact them, than buying on the website.

Excellent. For my home it's the whole unit outside and inside plus the electric heater. It's the heat and the a/c combined. I had a rebate. They were well within the market price. The price depends on the size of the house too. Very good punctuality, right when they say. They are always very nice guys. Technicians are great. They give me suggestions. It may cost me a few bucks here and there but it may save me thousands down the road and I appreciate that.

The fireplace portion of this business "Mr. Fireplace" was able to fit me in the same day I called (timing was good, a workman was already in the area) and he was able to replace the top with materials on hand in his truck. The labor price for such immediate service was good. The price for the part - 280 dollars for the cap that sits atop the fireplace - seemed a bit steep but given the need to secure the fireplace and prevent further damage, it seemed fair to get it done the same day. Workman was prompt and friendly, invoice was clear and made for a good record.

It went fine, no problem. It turned out a lot of things were broke and I had to buy a new one. They were very good. I checked, the price was about average. The price was about the same with everybody else. They'd be back but they're busy. They came right away. They were punctual.

Originally I was doing business with Blair Air, but apparently they had merged into Hearth & Home and never informed me. However, once I reached Hearth & Home, Patrick scheduled us for repair the same day. Alton came out and fixed everything very quickly. The problem was a blockage in the drain. He also serviced the entire system. I could not be happier with Hearth & Home and the amazing customer service. This is going to be much better than Blair and much more professional. I am so happy about the merger and now have a much more reliable service provider. They also honored our service contract with Blair and there was no charge for the visit.

They emailed me and asked for a phone number to contact me at for scheduling when I purchase it. They haven't reached out to me since. I am getting a refund from Angie's List.

Very well....it was Fri afternoon before a 3 day holiday...the service man (Angel) arrived several hours after my call...The problem was resolved within the hour...Angel was very professional as well as Patrick with whom I spoke..... I assume he was Angels boss

If I have to rate the company (MR. FIREPLACE) and their personnel (Customer Service, Technician,... and others behind the scene, my rating would be not 100% but to be honest over 200%. THEIR COORDINATION BETWEEN THE TECHNICIAN WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVES (SARAH CONSUELO, SARA AND OTHER I DON'T REMEMBER THEIR NAMES ARE LIKE AN ORCHESTRA DEPLOYING THEIR EXPERIENCES WITH THEIR SERVICES AT MY DISPOSITION. Yes, they are there for me and i guess the time i has been their customer it's not wasted and prices are fair. By the way, if you find a problem with this company let me know as i don't like cheaty-unresponsible companies. I am please with their technicians and what Mrs. Sarah Consuelo sold me: dependable, responsible, responsive company to my needs.
