Description of Work: Complete precision AC tune-up and cleaning, the deal was $49.95 which is good but I opted for the yearly contract for about $160 which gets me 3 more visits and discounts on certain parts when needed. Quick, on time, efficient. Good job!

I told Hearth & Home on the phone Barker Electric might be on the way, (there was some question) and that I might have to cancel the H.& H. appointment. They agreed. I called back in time and cancelled. They accepted the cancellation. They were very friendly and courteous. Description of Work: I was happy with the information they provided, however, I felt as if what they said they would do for the "Special" was not what they did. They said that they would perform some "Cleaning" and "Replacement" but all they did was list what needed to be done and did not perform any work to "Clean" or "Repair" even minor issues. I understand that I only paid $49 dollars but I thought that was a "special" that would include some work not just "Inspect". I think that the cost was acceptable for what they did but it certainly was not a "Special" and they should have been honest and said that it was an inspection only and not listed 28 things that they would do including cleaning and repairing.
