Description of Work: They did well, professional, on time,a good special for 149.00. I don't know what they did on the outside unit but they answered all questions on the inside unit.

Description of Work: They were here right when they said they would be. The 28 point inspection was performed and a problem was discovered. One of the condensers had failed. Now we know why our FPL bill had almost doubled in monthly charges. We chose to have it repaired and signed up for three inspections to be performed every 6 months. We plan to use this company for all services needed for our air conditioning system.

Description of Work: I purchased the $49 service and freon charge deal from this company. They contacted me right away (by phone when I said my preferred contact method was by email). They were supposed to come on Wednesday in the morning but around noon they called to say they would be late and asked if I would still be around. I said yes. The repairman took one look at my unit and started his spiel about how old it was. Mind you, I had just had a professional home inspection done and the only thing they said was that there was some rust and it needed to be serviced as one of the stats was not quite right. The repairman told me that there might possibly be a freon leak (he said he almost fainted during the charge) but that he could install a brand new unit in my 1BR/1BA condo for $5500. I asked him for an estimate since I don't buy anything without researching it on the Internet. He went to his van, phoned someone, and came back with and estimate for $4900 instead. I thanked him for his time and let him go. I believe all the items in the service were done properly but I can't swear to it because the air conditioning worked just fine before he came. My only complaint with the AC was that it is very noisy and it's still really noisy. I'm happy that my AC was serviced but could do without the sales pitch for the new unit.

Description of Work: They did a thorough check of A/C and found the freon to be be very low. A more intensive search revealed a very slow leak so freon was added with the plan to re-check in a few months to decide if the leak is significant enough to have to re-do the existing coils.

Description of Work: Dealed with John the owner and Tracy counter. They did what they said they would for the price we agreed to. Had a problem with the unit no falt to them but they came out the next day and fixed it. They were clean and did the job in a reasonable time. The unit I had installed is working great. Can't go wrong with Heath and Home. Will use them anytime.

Description of Work: Had an electric fireplace installed and a non functioning propane fireplace removed. These were large built in units. The first new fireplace surround did not fit properly and had to be remade. The second fit correctly but was finished off poorly. I had to repaint it myself. The fireplace now functions well and looks great. However, considering the price paid and the overall experience, a c grade is appropriate. Also, the billing department made numerous billing errors. Although I do not feel that they were intentional they were always in Mr. Fireplaces favor and took my time and diligence to to get resolved.
