STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! THEY RIP OFF VETERANS! I just bought a older home and needed my sewer lines scoped with a camera to see if there was any issues, blockage etc. with the old pipes. The techs came out and "supposedly" took a video of my lines. The techs said they would have to bring the video back to the business to do some "editing" before emailing my copy. They didn't want to show me because they mentioned that they previously erased the video trying to operate the camera. Keep in mind they use this equipment everyday. I paid them $350 to scope the lines and was told I would get a copy of the video in an email. Never received the video and when I called the owner 3 times for it and last time I talked to him he said, "I will send it, when I get to it." He has NEVER emailed the video to me, so I paid $350 for nothing! Scammed! Stay away unless you want them to take your money!! Shameful.

Excellent, they were there the next day between 8-10, he was very professional and polite, he fixed the issue quickly and they were very reasonable.

I had to buy and fetch a lot of the material. The owner thought it was ok and typical to take a picture to the tile guy and let them figure the measurements for amount of tiles needed. Very unprofessional. Struck me as a con guy.

They unclogged the toilet and fixed the leak under the other toilet. They said that’s what was what cause the water stains on the French quarters and to call if the problem continues. The water stains are all around the bathroom and could not be caused by what they said. The problem started before the leak from the base of the toilet. Other then the leak would not cause a stain across the room. Then they told me it was expensive but that’s because 2 people came for the job.

Ultimately I was very happy with the job. It looks great. As far as I could tell, the guys who did the work knew what they were doing and did a good job with the installation. My only issues were administrative and paperwork. It looked to me like there was a complete lack of communication between the salesman, the office staff and the warehouse and installer coordinator. I told the salesman (verbal and email) what color tub I wanted. Somehow we ended up with the wrong one. I could not get them to give me an itemized list of every part number and associated price which is what warranty paperwork requires. It took 3 tries before I got the part number list but I never did get prices or invoice. I hope I never have to file a warranty claim. As for scheduling, Bill was up front about the fact that their tile guy had a backlog. So we scheduled a date about 6 weeks out in order to make sure the entire job could be completed. Then the day when they were supposed to do the tearout I get a call that they weren't showing up because 2 of their guys called in sick. The next day they told me that they weren't showing up because the Kohler factory had a fire so they had a delay on getting the tub. I could have believed that but...the Kohler factory fire was in January and our installation was in April. And that's when I discovered they'd ordered the wrong color. Apparently no one told the guy doing the ordering the correct color. They also ordered the wrong shower head which they had to correct after I noticed it was incorrect - after installation. In conclusion, I think they did a good job and I'm happy with the results but....I'd recommend checking and double checking everything multiple times to ensure that what you really wanted done is what actually happens. As for the tile work (which was an extra cost), they subbed that out to Rick Beyer of Fieldstone Homes. He did a very nice job on all the tile work. I had no issues with his work.

Bill and his team, were very professional. They were easy to work with and accommodating to my schedule. Rick, the tile guy, did an awesome job tiling the new shower, with the tile we picked out. Rick was also accommodating with my schedule. We had a great experience with both parties. Thank you so much.

Plumbing work went well and was on time

He was very good. He was on time and never cancelled his appointment. He explained everything to me and was always thinking of ways to save money and give me options.

The employee was very nice, but the workmanship was very sub-par. I had to call another plumber and have it all done over again except for the kitchen faucet. The outside water valve was not installed according to code. Used PVC instead of copper piping. Could have broken and caused a flood. Toilet was not properly fixed either. Began running again like crazy last week. I would not recommend this service provider.

Our kitchen sink was leaking after we reinstalled it at the end of a major renovation. Tired of fooling with it ourselves, we called for professionals, and H+H provided exactly what we wanted. Some less than ideal pipes were replaced with the proper ones.

We could not have asked for better service. The plumbers were professional, prompt and courteous. They did exactly what we requested at the price of the estimate. We even got a discount using my Angie's List coupon. Highly recommend.

This is in a Mobile Home and James had no problem crawling underneath to fix the MB shower & lines. He went & got the replacement parts to fix it right and left the job clean & Fixed! This is the second time now I have had work done with them and will continue to call them in the future. If your in a mobile home, ask for 'James', he does a GREAT job! Liz

With Tom away on contract, the city had recently cleaned their main lines with something they call a "Turtle" causing the main lines running from the house to filled with their slug and backwash, UCK! By late Sunday night, the drain lines running from the dishwasher, washer and all the toilets would not drain making it impossible to use the restrooms. EEK! Monday morning after calling several plumbers, H & H said they could be there within a few hours and they were. Within a short period of time, Mr. James Postle, the service providing plumber, had cleared all the blockage, tested all the lines and was busy replacing a seal on a leaking toilet. Unfortunately, one of the bolts was rusted solid and had to be taken out, the hard way before he could even start the replacement. One of my other concerns was that we might have a leak in our main pipes. So while I had him there I ask him to check for me. James checked this for me but took it one step further. He showed me where our meter was, how to properly access and read it, as well as, how to tell if there was a leak in the future. Finally, he cleaned up his mess, every bit of it. Thank you James His prompt service, professionalism, politeness, cleanliness and attention to detail will assure that I will call H&H in the future.

Everything went very well - timely, and we are pleased with the speed of the response.

H&H Plumbing was the only one out of 5 that could come within 1 day. James did a Great Job. Was professional and left the area clean!

He was very nice. He told me I would probably be better off calling a pump company because it sounded more like a pump issue and they don't stock pump parts.
