Description of Work: Plumbers were very professional. Performed work well and at a fair price. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Shutoff valves under bath sinks replaced. Did a great job. Only problem was a mix up in scheduling that wasn't the fault of the serviceman.

Description of Work: Replaced Hot Water Heater.

Description of Work: James replace my kitchen sink (which I bought - deeper) and all other necessary parts including faucet (Delta). Had to go to Home Depot to get necessary parts to connect dishwasher. Checked multiple time for leaks (none ever). Would recommend H & H to anyone. James is a professional, performing the work as if he owned the company.

Description of Work: Not bad (However); had them come out for an estimate on gas piping from the gas meter to a hot water heater and a gas range/stove. The rep gave a verbal quote my wife asked for the quote in writing the reps response was "I just told you how much" then agreed to email quote. Over the next week several attempts were made to retrieve the quote to no avail. Office rep said the service tech can bring the quote with them in the morning of the scheduled work to be done. For the scheduled day (Friday) of work we were given a window of 8am - 1200p for possible arrival, I called the office at 1200 and was told they should be there any time now (they arrived at 1pm). Very knowledge and polite couple of guys worked at it for a couple of hours until they realized the exhausts for the hot water heater could/should not be routed out the wall but through the ceiling/roof and they didn't have all the required parts/pieces to complete the work and would have to return on Monday. One individual returned on Monday to complete the job; after all was done I mentioned including the "20% off for first time Angie's List members!" coupon he stated "I believe that is for the first hour of labor only" so he took $20 off the total bill. After he departed I printed the coupon scanned it and the final receipt emailed to the company requesting a correction. I followed up with a phone call that same day; the rejectionist stated "blank" handles the invoices and will have to make a determination on the coupon. A couple of days passed so I called back and was I was informed that they will not honor the coupon as it is displayed on Angie's list (20% off for first time Angie's List members) but as 20% off the 1st hour of labor. Hmm never did get that written quote.

Description of Work: I had no hot water in the Kitchen sink and I was told by another plummer that the problem was in the faucet. I called HH Plumbing and arranged to have a new faucet installed, which they did in a very prompt manner but there was still no hot water coming out of the new faucet. They determined that the trouble wasn't the facet, but the shut off value, which they replaced. The new faucet works great and HH Plumbing co. is at the top of my list of people to call . Description of Work: When we called them, they were at our home the next morning to estimate. We had them pull out a bathtub and install a shower along with new plumbing fixtures in the shower. They also tiled the shower. They repaired plumbing in the same bathroom that we did not know was leaking in the wall. They also put new drywall on the walls outside the shower and prepared them for us to paint. They reinstalled our bathroom cabinet and sink as well. They were on time everyday and worked approximately nine hours a day. The price was right, the finished product is just beautiful. We will most definitely use them again for any future remodeling. They paid close attention to every little detail to make the job perfect.
