+ 0 moreAfter talking with a few people about remodeling our kitchen Hammond Kitchens & Bath's name kept coming up so we called them. The process was simple and working with their designer opened up ideas we never thought of. The quality and finish of our Tidwell cabinets are awesome!!!

Description of Work: I can’t even say if they would do a good job or not, because we were never given the opportunity to hire them. On my initial call I spoke to JP, and he walked me through the steps of going to the granite yard to pick out a few slabs we liked. He said he’d call once he got the selection sheet from the yard. A couple days passed after we went to the yard and we hadn’t heard from him. I called and was told he was on the phone and would call back. No call. I called again a couple days later and was told the same-he was on the phone. This time I even told the person on the other end it was my second time trying to reach him because he never returned my first message. Guy assured me JP would call back right away. It has now been a week with no return call, so we went with a different company. Maybe they do good work but if it is this hard to get in touch, they clearly don’t want my business and likely wouldn’t be any more responsive once they had a deposit from me.
