Description of Work: Pat was our salesperson. She was professional and personable. She guided us but did not pressure us in our selections. We had 3 different crews at different times in our house. One for tile demo and laminate wood placement, one for tile demo and replacement in 2 bathrooms, and one for carpet removal and replacement on 2 staircases. Crews were punctual and friendly. | A few issues were noted after installation, mostly with tile and they promptly came out to fix issues. While removing old tile in bathroom, our bathtub was chipped. Crew called a vendor that day to schedule her to come out to fix chip, they even had her fix a chip that was already there-not their fault. Cannot even tell where chips were! | We don't expect everything to be perfect the first time when doing a big job, small issues can be expected. We only ask that vendors be willing to fix issues to our satisfaction without a bad attitude. Flooring America exceeded our expectations. They never made us feel like we were being too picky. Pat made sure we were satisfied throughout the remodeling process. | We would use them again and would recommend them to our family and friends.

The Salesperson Dan told me while ordering the tiles that I should let them do the tile job since they have the best installers with the best workmanship around. After I ordered the tile I was told I can not make a installment date until the tiles are in. So I waited and finally they were in and they gave me another 2 weeks waiting time because the tile installers are so busy, but they are worth waiting because the workmanship is outstanding. they called the day before and told me they are late because another job took too long. I also was promised the work with the new Polymer grout and that the installers had extra lessons how to do work with that grout. The day Ricky showed up with his crew I told them I want the shower floor and bathtub covered so not to be scratched up. He told me they are professionals and know what they are doing. I came back later that day and the tiles were up but not grouted. It looked pretty bad to me and I had complaints about uneven spacing and a defective tile and tiles cut to short in the corner. They had installed the cement boards too and everything should have been even and straight. It wasnt. I called the company but evidently nobody was in the store to talk to me. which happenedevery time I called again. Ricky and crew were telling me they do this for 30 years and I dont have a clue about how it works. Back and forth it went and I told them thats not good enough and they threatened to leave and not come back. Ricky called the store supervisor (all of a sudden he was available) and told him he would be able to make it look good by grouting it over. They also had brought sanded grout which I spotted and made them switch. By the way I was told I get the Polymer grout and all of a sudden it was just unsanded with a booster. They took a few tiles out and new ones in and finished the job and left. The switchplate was left out, tub was full of grout sprinkles and scratched and residue all over the tiles. there was an agreement with the salesperson and me that they would fill the line between tub and floortile and also between shower floor and floortile. Was not done either. I tried a few times to talk to somebody in the store but no one was available to talk to me and come out and sign off the job. Bad workmanship and handling of the job. Nobody willing to come and take a look. Misleading sales person promising things that were not true. Never again, do not let them work for you. I will let Better Business bureau know about that case for sure.
