I have used Grand Electric many times in the past. They are efficient, prompt, and knowledgeable. I have hired them for a rental property as well as our personal residence. I highly recommend them! They are GRAND!

We've used them a lot and have always been very pleased with them. They're usually very prompt and it's $80 for the service call. If you need to use any other supplies or whatever then they add on to that. They're very good about asking if there's anything else we need for them to do to get the full hour for the service call if they finish before the hour. I really appreciate that. They're very friendly and helpful. Whenever we have electrical issues we call them and we'll continue to do so.

My wife contacted Grant Electrical at the last minute after we had an estimate from another company .She thought the first estimate was high and Grant Electrical had come highly recommended from a client of hers. They told her they had someone in the area and would send them right by. The electrician gave her the estimate and was able to do the work at that moment. The cost was half of what we were first quoted which worked out well and very happy with the work they did. We will be definitely be using them for all our future electrical repairs. Home built in 1958.

I like them a lot. They fix things that my husband has tried to fix. They are prompt, nice and they do good work. They are here when they say. They call ahead. They are polite and friendly. They get the job done like they are supposed to. The price seems like a lot but I'm sure it is comparable to others. They know what they are doing. I will continue to use them. I told them I probably need to put them on speed dial because we live in an old house.

In 18 years of home ownership, this is the first complaint I've filed. Grand Electric, Inc./Bob's Electric Service bid this job at $200 to $250 through a pool contractor who moved my pump and filter. By Lisa Grandinetti's own admission, this job was bid "sight-unseen" and never scheduled as an individual job. Thus, when she canceled at 3:00 PM saying their technician was sick, he was actually, she later explained, unable to handle additional work that Friday. On Saturday when Pete arrived to complete the job, he was not happy. He was abrupt with my wife concerning unexpected aspects of the job, however, he did not mention that labor costs alone would total $300, or that the total bill would be $462.22! When we tried to question Lisa about the bill, she was equally abrupt insisting their "sight-unseen" bid meant nothing, and threatened legal action against my property. When I later asked why Pete had not mentioned additional costs, Lisa told me her technicians have no knowledge of bid amounts. But, my wife did remind Pete on the day of the job about the $200 bid, and all he said was, "Oh, really?" Besides, the pool contractor told me Pete is also an owner of the company. I thought my last two phone conversations with Lisa had resulted in my relenting and some mutual understanding, but when I went to Grand Electric, Inc. to pay the bill in full, they had already filed their lien and charged me an additional $10. This is the worst experience I've had with a local business.
