Amazing. Jack the owner was very thorough and got the work done and it was pristine! He knows what he is talking about when it comes to pools! I’d always hire GandJ Pools for all my swimming pool needs!

The entire team was professional, communicated effectively, and completed work that others voiced would be difficult to complete. My spool looks amazing and all associated equipment works well. I am so pleased that I hired them to do the weekly maintenance/cleaning. I’m so very grateful to them!!!

Our first pool builder went out of business after our shell was created, and tile installed. G&J completed the pool in less than two weeks time. Always showed up when they said they would and always put in full day’s work. I give them my highest recommendation.

G&J pools did a fantastic resurface of our pool. They coordinated all aspects of the project and although we were concerned in the beginning, G&J pools have became a household name in our family. Like having a brother in the business. They instilled confidence through-out the project assuring all will be well. The project was done quickly and without complications. They set the standard for service. I have recommended G&J Pool remodeling many times for their resurface/construction to their weekly pool service.

G&J Pool Remodeling, Inc. recently did an entire pool restoration for me and it was a positive experience. Jack (the owner) was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable, and an active hands-on part of the restoration project. As we all know, the cost of renovation is a large investment and G&J did a great job. They replaced and repaired my entire pool system that included deck resurfacing and painting, widening the deck drain, then provided a professional hurricane shutter contractor to replace/realign the shutter tracks. The pool repairs included resurfacing, painting, repairing, sealing, and replacing worn parts. They also replaced the external adjustable valves and all the pool electronics including the pool pump and heater, upgraded the control system with new electronics, and replaced the wireless remote control. Jack was in frequent contact with me during the entire renovation giving me updates as the work progressed and was available via phone the entire time responding quickly to my calls with questions and suggestions. He was actively involved with the process from both a managerial and the physical electronics and plumbing work throughout. The workers were friendly, helpful, and professional. G&J provided a great all-in-one experience. Thanks guys, "Great Job".

Jack and his team did an excellent job of upgrading our pool, resurfacing our deck and installation of new pool equipment. We also have been using their service team on our pool, and I truly appreciate Matt's dedication to detail and keeping our pool looking great. I would highly recommend their team.

I thought they were quality but now I'm not so sure. I think I'd use someone else now.

I have called and emailed them 3x and got no response. Guess they don't want the business. Even if they can't take on any more work, it would be courtious of them to at least return call.

I contacted this company on 4 separate occasions over a one month time frame and never received a call back. They have some very good reviews and was interested but I can't understand how someone can't take the time to make a single phone call back. Very disappointed

I waited at home all morning for the person to show up as discussed and no one ever showed up or called to explain way. Very bad service and professionalism.

We opted to go with another company to do the work. Prices and services were competitive. Written estimate was given with several options that we discussed.

Work done was very professional, Installers were expertly knowledgeable. Cost was fair. I would call Jack at G and J Pool Remodeling Inc. again.

He came took the filter out washed and inspected it. Tagged all the lines and checked the heating system. Took time to explain the unit and how it works.

Luckily, I work from home, so I was home all day. With cell phone and home phone in hand all afternoon waiting for his call. He never did call. To me, this is a lack of professionalism, lack of responsibility for his job, and disconcern for his customers. If this is the way that this company conducts buisness, I would have great hesitation giving them my buisness. I was very disappointed. Yes, it was raining all day, but it was also raining the day prior and another competitor came out, arriving on time, and gave me the estimate I was looking for.

We use them for repairs and a monthly service. I highly recommend this company

My wife had called 11/5/13 to set up a time to have them take a look at our pool, That need repair or resurfaced. Jack had said he would be in our area on wed 11/6/13 in the afternoon and he would call ahead of time to make sure we would be home. We had no calls from this man We have caller ID on all our phones and nothing no calls. So I had called his number and asked why he didn't call or show up? And He just plain out hung up on me ! And I redialed there was no answer I left a message Telling him that we would not need him and I would be writing Angie's list It is hard to find anybody in FL to do any thing on your home that you can trust ! It's not good to burn bridges

There were a few communication issues but overall the service was excellent.

They did a very good job and finished it up quickly, I would highly recommend them.
