+ -1 moreI can't say enough good things about Dr. Foster and the staff at Foster Women Care. They are kind, caring, professional, and really got me through some of the hardest months of my life. I would recommend this practice to anyone (and I do)!
Description of Work: Dr. Foster is amazing. He really takes the time to listen, answer questions, coordinate care, problem solve, and ensure that his patients are completely cared for. During a very difficult pregnancy, Dr. Foster was there, even available after hours, to help make sure the babies and mom were ok.

Description of Work: she was late her staff scheduled me for a day they new that they were closed. i called three days before and they said that they were open on fridays which they lied and found out they werent. dr mainwold took forever and never gave me my pap smear results never gave me any warning that she wasnt open on certain days. and was really rude and rough with me. I dont think any one should go to her unless they like someone who is unrealiable

+ -1 moreMy surgery was horrible, and her husband, also in the practice performed the surgery instead of her. I had never even met him, let alone had an exam by him. I was told I would not have an abdominal incision, well that's what I had when I woke up. Surgery was supposed to be 1 and 1/2 hours, ended up 4. I was told two weeks recovery, and even had tickets to leave town two weeks after surgery because I believed my Dr. Real recovery? 6 months. This is not a case of surgery not turning out the way expected. This is a case of a Dr. using her authority to financially benefit at the expense of her patients. Run from this Dr.
Description of Work: I went in for my regular physical. I reported no problems to Dr. Mainwold. She had been my Dr. for many years. She stated that I needed a hysterectomy and wanted it scheduled right away for my fibroids. She explained in such a way that it was like an appendectomy. She lied. There are better, less invasive ways of treating fibroids, she did not discuss these or try to.
